We are a small animal veterinary clinic located in St. Catharines, Ontario. We have been providing love and exceptional medical care to cats & dogs in the Niagara Region since 1994. At Huntington Animal Hospital we LOVE what we do! We focus on individualized preventive medicine because we believe it is easier to stay well than to get well. We specialize in veterinary acupuncture, rehabilitation and pain management. We enjoy working with pet owners to keep their animal family healthy and pain free.

Always enjoy going to see the great people at Huntington Animal Hospital. My 4 month old German Shepherd had her last shots. Now she can go and enjoy life, meeting people, walks, pet stores and what ever life has in store for her.

The tech here Chelsea I believe should absolutely not be trusted around animals. My husband and I brought our dog here recently. We told her there was some sort of an itching problem, her solution was to put pajamas on her. Are you serious? A little bit of social media research shows she encourages dogs biting children and stuffs dogs into crates that are so small they can't stand up let alone turn around. This woman is an absolute lunatic and should not be around pets NOR children. It is deeply concerning this place hired her. The advice she gives encourages abuse. I'm out the money from this visit, am so insulted and and my animal is still not helped.

Since moving to St Catharine's 6 years ago I've always taken my cats here and have always had above and beyond service. Recently our one cat had a diagnosis and they have kept in touch with me though emails every week to make sure everything is going well. They've shown empathy and have answered my questions within the day.

We've taken our dogs here for years and they have been amazing.  We just had to put our oldest dog down and it was a very nice gesture to see all the staff standing there watching us on our final walk.  Thank you for being there on a day we wished never had to come!

We just moved to the area from Hamilton and live right behind this Animal Hospital . This Morning my dog Scout was showing signs of distress and was clear there was something going on ? He was restless , heavy panting etc. I decide to take Scout to Huntington Animal Hospital . Upon arriving I was informed that Scout could not be seen by the Vet and they could not give a referral to the local Emergency Clinic because  we were not regular clients of this Vet ? What is wrong with Vets in St.Catharines ?

All the doctors, nurses and reception staff have always been knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. Both our dogs have had surgeries here and had the very best care from everyone involved including aftercare and phone calls to check on how they are doing. They have always made time to squeeze us in for an unscheduled visit when something isn't quite right or discussed issues on the phone if possible. I'd recommend these lovely people to anyone and we're very glad they loom after our Tucker and Ruby so well. Thank you Huntington Animal Hospital.

I have never experienced such love and attention from people I have never met before. The staff are probably actual Angel's and my dog loves them and behaves for them even when she normally is terrified of strangers. There are no words to express how grateful I am that they are the vet of my little girl. She had surgery last week and not only was the cost more than reasonable, but their kindness was around every corner. When I was terrified because I was having a hard time getting the post-surgery pain meds into her they were friendly, polite, and completely helpful and got me though it. They took all my calls and I swear I could hear the smile they had on on the other end all the while. All this is amplified because I am writing this in the middle of all the Covid restrictions and they STILL are amazing. If you are a crazy dog lover like me who treats your puppies like they are your children, then I highly recommend Huntington Animal Hospital to you. This is what I would call a perfect business. Thank you so much to all the employees, you made the most stressful situation as pleasant as it could be for both of us.
