Hush Salon is a beautiful space. I had a great experience with my nail technician Stephanie. I am new to Chicago and was having a hard time finding a good nail tech who I clicked with. She was professional and really listened to my concerns about my nails. Stephanie gave me advice on how I could achieve the look I wanted, while maintaining the health of my natural nail. The end result was fabulous! I highly recommend Hush and particularly Stephanie with five stars.
Loved this salon. Such great vibes! Everyone is so nice and makes sure you are taken care of. I got my haircut by Blaire and she did an awesome job! I've always struggled trying to a good hair stylist until I met Blaire. She takes her time and really does listen to givenyou the result you want. Definitely going back soon!
Esmeralda is great, she always does my no chip and even has some colors that are her own to use on me. Considering that the salon itself doesn't have many choices, she always has my back and pops out her own personal colors. I love how she does my nails. The first time I came i was sat with the girl next to Esmeralda seat, and wasn't really happy with her. I forgot her name, but she was Asian on accident I messed up my nail and I can tell by her face that she was so mad and even gave me attitude. I don't think she should have done that. When Esmeralda was doing my nails she saw I wasn't very happy with my color, when I asked her if I can switch she didn't hesitate and said yes with a sincere smile. Unlike the Asian girl next to her, Esmeralda is very understanding and made me feel secure with her. Also, I just think they should keep the sink area more clean. Every time I go they have dish ware and many things surrounding it. They should do a little more cleaning.. Otherwise Esmeralda is great!
I had a great experience at Hush Salon. I bought a Living Social deal for a haircut and partial highlights and they didn't treat me like a "living social customer" so often when I buy these deals the salon treats you different. Dana cut and colored my hair and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it.. I would definitely return!
I have been salon hoping Since I moved to Chicago a few years ago. Not once visiting the same salon. Service after Service, I was so over Salon hoping. Ether walking out looking worst then I did on my way in or having to compromise because they couldn't achieve what I wanted. Im pretty good at doing hair. And if my stylist does a worst JOB then me! .....then why am I paying them. Glad I found #HushSalon I have had my hair done @ Hush 3 times....and a forth appointment on its way ; Im very picky. I like things done right or not at all. My standards are extremely high when it comes to HAIR! ... And the staff at Hush has not disappointed once. So so so happy with my salon Know a days thank u guys
Dana is such an amazing stylist. She does a fantastic job on both cut and color and I would recommend her to anyone looking! The salon looks very sheek too since they renovated and their massage chairs are a really nice added touch!
Hush salon scammed. Did not uphold Groupon deal. Then, without notifying the customer, placed my daughter with a "level 2" nail artist upcharging by 8 dollars. Not cool at all. Yes, the nails look nice but unfortunately will not be recommending this place to anyone -and I work right in the neighborhood. Too bad. Scamming the college students who barely has money as it is who bought a groupon as a gift for her sister. sad.
I really enjoyed going here to get my nails done it was a spa like experience. Everyone was very professional and personable. The location was great because you did not have to worry about paying for parking and they also had a great selection of colors to choose from regular and gel. The only thing I did not like was my nail polish started chipping the next day
Aliyah was amazing! I was introduced to this salon through Groupon and I was very nervous at first. However, Alaiyah did such a great job on my mani/pedi. She was very maticulous and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be making an appointment to see her again.
