This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and it went really well. The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was decent, and the price was reasonable. One thing to keep in mind -not the hotel’s fault- was that because they’re near the airport the sound of airplanes was pretty loud. It woke me up a few times in the very early hours of the morning, so keep that in mind. Good stay overall.
Great overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of room for myself and two teen girls. Loved the Shampoo wished I noted the brand and the two queen beds were so comfy I wish I knew who made them. Staff was very nice.Rooms: 5/5
Hotel is clean, quiet and we'll maintained. Breakfast is hot and pretty good. Shuttle service available from the airport is available and welcome after a long flight. Staff is lovely too. Super helpful. All together a great find and a good deal. Rooms: Clean and comfortable.
The hotel is nice and very convenient to the airport. This has the downside of being very very loud while planes are flying overhead. I think they could do more to insulate from the sound or at the very least, provide rear plugs to all guests. The sound of planes landing starting very early in the morning is very disruptive to my sleep. Noteworthy details: Make sure to bring your own earplugs!
This hotel is super close to Raleigh-Durham airport. And it was one of the most affordable ones in the area and the rooms were very clean and spacious We had two queens and a pull out sofa so comfortably slept six people. We stayed here with a group on our way to an international flight. Unfortunately there was no breakfast available to us at 3:30 and the shuttle wasn't running then but they allowed us to park an extra car there while we were gone. The lady running the night shift was so kind and juggled serving food and greeting guests. We had to find a hotel for our return trip and I chose this one without thinking. The only problem was their swimming pool wasn't opened yet and it was mid-June. They said they are just waiting on the inspector. Apparently all of the pools in the hotels in the Raleigh area seem to be waiting on the same inspector which is frustrating for traveling with young kids who want to swim at the pool at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly scrambled eggs sausage hard boiled eggs cold cereal pastries milk oat milk orange juice apple juice.
I stayed here for a few weeks. Biggest issue. Inconsistent internet. If you are a gamer, 2 out of 10. Management and front desk are awesome with customer service. The maids are a little rude. But the rooms are huge. No microwave IRooms: 3/5
I was booked at this hotel and the front desk said I could transfer my reservation to another hotel where my coworkers there, as I was traveling for business and it would have made transportation easier. I was never refunded and lost $500 because of this hotel and Hyatt. I would never recommend a Hyatt hotel to anyone not only based on this situation, but also from previous stays at other Hyatts. My experiences with Marriott and Hilton in terms of cleanliness, staff, and customer service are so much better. I would recommend a Marriott or Hilton instead.
This Hyatt is in a great location if you have an early morning departure or pick up at Raleigh Durham International RDU and want an affordable place to spend the night. Rooms are clean and spacious, food and beverages are available on site and the staff is polite, attentive and friendly. Shuttle service is available, too!Rooms: 5/5
The lady at the front desk named Teela was extremely rude and condescending during our check in to the hotel. She would roll her eyes and seemed annoyed anytime we asked a question, instead of being welcoming and friendly. Every interaction with Teela felt like she hated her job and we were being a nuisance to her. Throughout our stay we hesitated to reach out to for assistance with any issues or questions we had because of the disrespectful and hostile attitude Teela displayed at all times. As a result, our 3 night stay at this Hyatt was very unpleasant; you would not expect such poor treatment from the staff at a Hyatt.
Mainly writing the review to warn people and acknowledge how horrendous the "service" is at this hotel. Literally the most incompetent staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, that I have experienced in the last few years. Don't expect your rooms to get cleaned, ever, the kitchen closes when they say so, and the front desk actually struggles to make keys. When asked for a manager, there is none, apparently. If the location was not convenient to the airport, this place would be deserving of zero stars. That this is a 3-star nominally only hotel and a Hyatt shows how low the standards are. If rude incompetent, or attitude filled, slow staff, is not your cup of tea, avoid at any cost.
