The Hyde Park Hitching Post is one of the original Hitching Posts left in Cincinnati. We still use the original recipes from the Hitching Post franchise that started in the early 60's and continue to serve “The World’s Best Fried Chicken and Outstanding Breakfast”. Our chicken is delivered fresh, never frozen, hand-breaded and cooked to order. The Hyde Park Hitching Post serves outstanding breakfast, awesome lunch and home-style dinners. Frank and Peggy Kahsar(Brother and Sister) have owned and operated the Hitching Post since 1986. They grew up in Cincinnati and attended Purcell and Marian High schools. All of their children have worked for them at one time or another. Frank has three Sons, Frank III, Tyler, and Alex. Peg has one son Rob and two daughters Jessica and Amy. So from our family, we welcome you to come in and try our home-cookin and the best friendliest service in town.
