I've lived in Hyde Park West for a while.. what I can say is the Maintenance guy Edward is awesome.. He's always in good spirit, and he's an amazing hard worker who I personally think deserve recognition. Every time I've had an issue he's always there and does a great Job.. I call him the clean up guy because he's always correcting what others messed up... I've informed management that he's the only guy i'll allow in my apartment to do work..
Taffi Monroe I want to say the people that manage Hyde Park West are doing a wonderful job I love the fact that they keep it clean and the lawn well kept the flowers around the building are beautiful I appreciate all that they do they try the best do to the fact its so many tenants in the building but that has never stopped them from making sure the tenants are ok Thank You for everything I love my apartment
My mother in law moved in less then a year ago and I can’t wait till her lease is up…sewage issues management sells u a dream but it’s truly been a nightmare for my mother in law
hyde park west has 1 engineer 12 custodians . if you need something fixed you might as well fix it yourself. 2100+ for rental . the management here is non relevant. honestly they are slumlords dont move here
WARNING MICE INFESTED!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE TO HYDE PARK WEST APARTMENTS. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH MICE AND MOLD!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. NOT ONLY THAT, THEY HAVE NO CENTRAL AIR, JUST ONE SMALL AIR CONDITION UNIT IN THE LIVINGROOM WINDOW. SUMMERS ARE BRUTAL. LASTLY THE TRASH CHUTES ARE CONSTANTLY FULL SO THE ENTIRE BUILDING WILL ALWAYS SMELL LIKE GARBAGE!! AGAIN I AM WARNING YOU, DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. -TOM
The maintenance worker Mr. Carlos was very nice, professional, and sufficient! Also, management in the building is very professional, courteous, and kind!
stop by today and i want a apartment ... yes love it ... it looks safe too..
