The worst experience I’ve ever had in any service I have ever paid for. Took 7 months had to drive an hour to and from at least 3 times. Can’t get ahold of Trevor the cerakoter after months go by. He says it will be ready next week. Show up Wednesday to find my upper does not even have cerakote on the front of the rails, and there two splotches. Come back months later. Finally Get a decent finish, however the matte surface can literally scratch with my finger nail. Weird. Get home to assemble. Let me count the oversprays. Can’t seat the barrel, safety detent channel is clogged. Safety can’t seat. Trusted him with a noveske upper lower and handguard. When currently I wouldn’t trust him cerakoting a used spoon. Trevor has a diva attitude, which is funnt because. Why? He has the professionalism of a 16 year old working a drive thru. And has about as much regard for clients firearms,as I would a bag of chips from 7-11. Highly do not recommend.
GARBAGE!!!! Never again. My wife went and picked up her AR this afternoon. Issue one, she called the shop and verified that the weapon was even there. The individual who she spoke too was very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. You do NOT answer the phone saying "What" your a business, act like it. My wife called to simply confirm that the background check came back. She informed the individual that it should have been back on the 20th. The guy replied " it's the 20th isn't it" How about Yes Ma'am, your background check came back clear, you can come pick up your weapon, you know, PROFESSIONAL. Upon getting to the incredibly unorganized store, she was a waited on, and was asked to verify the serial number. She was rushed through the process and could barely verify anything. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEIR SHOP. They are not the only shop in town, save your time and money. They can go out of business for all I care.
Google Maps finally updated their new location. Now it's easy for new customers to find. Even Cabella's recommended that I go here.
I love this place. I bought my M&P 15/22 here a d it was a great experience. They even had the ammo. I have since had several guns shipped to them as my FFL. They only charge $30 and the process for transfer is quick and easy. All of the employees are a pleasure to deal with and I trust their advice. I look forward to many more dealings with I5 Guns!
I don’t know why they have an email because they never respond. I had some suppressors sent there to do the transfer. After a couple months The money for my tax stamp was never taken out of my account. I called several times and multiple unanswered emails and they assured me everything was fine. After 10 months I called the atf and they had no record of my order at all so I had to start all over. They never even sent my paperwork. The worst gun shop I’ve ever been too don’t waste your time
I've had mixed feelings about this place. The employees are decent enough at times. Its the owner, Tom, who seems to think he is a King. Read other reviews after my negative experience in the store when purchasing a gun. Was going to put another gun on layaway as well. Employee said yes. Tom walked by and said NO because it will sell by the weekend. So much for working with the customer. Picked up the gun I bought after the background checks. Not one thank you, come back, are there any questions, etc. Here's the gun, sign paper...
We came in to purchase our first firearm and the staff as incredibly informative and helpful. They helped us narrow down our choices for our needs and my size. We only waited about a week for the background check to clear and we were able to pick up. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a firearm!
Service wise didn’t really have a bad experience. Bought a blue label Glock and it came with 10rd mags per their order. Didn’t have it in store so they had to order it from Glock. So now I’m stuck with about $100 worth of mags that I have no use for, and have to replace.
The staff is technically competent, very professional, and helpful. For example the boss showed me how to make modifications to my rifle so that i will not have to rely on their services. On the other hand the work they have done on my firearms is first rate, and correct the first time. I will continue to utilize their services.
Don’t know why anyone is giving them anything less than 5 stars probably because they can’t read or follow simple instructions. The employees are beyond helpful and provided me with a great customer experience navigating through the fascist Washington gun laws! I would, and have recommended them to friends.
