I've officially turned my love for canning in to a business, so that I can share the goodness of these jams and jellies with everyone. I began doing this when I came to the realization that I make peanut better and jelly sandwiches for my children almost daily and store bought jams had so many bad additives... so my remedy was to make them myself which turned out to be fun! I'm weird and love the kitchen...! It's crazy to see the difference in texture, taste, smell, and really everything between the store bought and what it should actually be. All of my products have whatever fresh (never frozen) fruits or vegetables they need, plus granulated sugar and pectin and THAT IS IT! What a sigh of relief that is...! They also taste amazing and I'm enjoying exploring new recipes. I will also take special requests!
I work under the Texas Food Cottage Law and have obtained my Food Handlers Certification. As per the Texas law though, I cannot ship my products, so everything is either porch pick up from my home or I also schedule meet up times around the McKinney area two days a month. Send me a message with your requests and I can have them ready anywhere from the same day (if I have inventory) or up to 2 weeks.
