Found everything I needed for once in one store! Except they need pet fresh in the chicken that’s shredded that’s my only disappointment. I will say I miss checkers due to its more personal vs please hand me a w2 so I can have a write off at end of year. Face to face can’t be replaced.
3/9/22 Updated Review. Thank you Matthew for making things right. We appreciate your level of customer service and follow-through. LACKS INTEGRITY! The plush toy was on clearance for $0.75 but still rung up at $5.00. After the staff member checked, she removed the price. Even though it was marked down, it didn't reflect on the system. We cannot override a price that's over $4.00.
This store is the best Walmart I’ve ever entered. It is clean, the music is actually background music and not annoying. Normally when I need help, I have to chase down an employee only to be greeted with disdain. Today, THREE people said Hello, asked what I needed, and one even helped me at the self checkout because I have a serious injury on my finger. Everyone was genuinely nice. I will be back to this store. I highly recommend this Walmart.
I was living in Seattle for 10 years. But, I didn't see that type of Walmart in Washington state. This Walmart is giant you can find any kind of product with different varieties. I highly recommend this Walmart. Another amazing thing of this Walmart is that it has too many Self Checkout places. I guess around 20. When I visit each time, I didn't see any line on the Self Checkout area.
Ordered20 items online this morning. Paid $10 for delivery in less than 80 minutes along with a $5 tip for the driver. Was notified that the items were at my front door on time but with 14 of the 20 items missing. Called the store and no one answered. contacted to number provided online and the representative began to immediately process a refund for the items not delivered. I was not even given an option if I wanted them delivered. Poor service. Probably won't use them again.
Had a bad experience. My son and I found an item and went to purchase it at the price displayed but was told Walmart would Not honor it even though it’s policy states they have to honor the price of the item. Even though we snapped a picture of the item. Even insinuated someone could have picked up the over 150 lb box that the Walmart worker had to help my son place in our basket. They’ll say anything to not honor the price. I’m calling corporate to follow up.
Prices are no better than anywhere else, Every check out is self checkout!! I don't work for Walmart, and don't see a benefit to the customer. I watched people be treated as though they were rabid dogs during covid, I thought the Place was under communist control, with the associates attitudes!! Used to be the place to shop for common sense prices!! Not anymore!!
This store is a MESS! Items are spread everywhere and not in the places they're supposed to be. Clearance items are miss marked, if even marked at all. Everybody seems to hate their job and NOBODY wants to help. You can forget about calling customer service because NOBODY ever answers that phone. The people at the doors, SUPPOSED TO BE GREETING customers don't even look at you and half the time they're on their phones. It's really an UNPLEASANT experience shopping here.
A lovely Walmart for all your Walmart needs. I'm a big fan of this location; smiling faces and a clean store await you as you shop for all your grocery and non-grocery needs. No complaints whatsoever, and I've been shopping here since it opened roughly a decade ago
Disable substitutions on online pickup/delivery orders. The people filling out the orders absolutely dngaf and will do the most half-baked substitutions. You've been warned
