Description

Ice Lanes was named after Icel Haynes one of the Owners. Thomas and Icel Haynes bought Sunset Lanes in June of 1996, changed the name, and it's been family operated since. We are a smaller center with 18 lanes, a service bar, Grill, and snack bar.

The staff is friendly, and always strives for quality service. The food is reasonably priced. I wish they had delivery.

My family and I love going to Ice Lanes!!! The atmosphere is wonderful,  the games are great,  the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is so yummy!!!

Reservations made the stay much better! Everything here is on point for a bowling alley truthfully except the wait times/lines to order food and drinks. Two poor high school kids were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to handle all the duties and customer orders for food and bowling. More staff working registers is a must. Waited in line for ten minutes to order soda for our group. Forgot an iced tea, waited fifteen more minutes in line for that. Missed half the bowling reservation just waiting to get drinks. Kinda ruined it. One or two extra staff would’ve dramatically helped their workloads and customer service rate. It was like watching real life Cooking Dash with high school kids

OK so normally I don't leave reviews but I felt the need to leave this one. We had an issue with the bowling alley and they handled it very well and took care of us.  Hannah,Trudi, and Katrina were amazing and handled the situation in a great way. They really know how to handle business and customer service. The details... My family and I went to sterling for a birthday party. We traveled from all over the furthest being 2 hours away. My sister in law called the bowling ally on Thursday and "booked" a spot for 2 hours at 5pm on Saturday the 18th of February. We showed up to the ally and were told that we didn't make it on the reservations and there was no room for us. We were upset and very frustrated. We sat in the alley for a bit trying to figure out what else to do but since we are not from the area and there isn't a lot to do in sterling we were having a hard time. As we were talking we were approached by one of the employees. She informed us that there was a cancelation and that they could get us in. We were extremely grateful. They also compt us some food and drink for the issue. They handled it in an amazing way and we left feeling very happy and taken care of.

This place is a gem! Got the old school bowling feeling, from the games, to the place to the food and the prices. Its always great atmosphere, and the service is just great.

I take my Daughter and Niece bowling and we have alote fun my daughter is just 5 yr old she enjoys it and food is food I done  Party pretzel and  A large passpori on a pizza and  drinks real good cost to bowling and the staff are nice and every helpful  i know we keep come to u guys for bowling

We were at Ice Lanes for a bowling tournament last weekend.  This place is Awesome.  Great conditions on the lanes. Super awesome staff. BRENT especially took great care of us and remembered our names. Owners are the best. Thanks all for a great day!
