Understaffed. But clean facility. Bit smaller than other bowlero. Make sure you get the promotion deal from Groupon! It's the best deal. Bowlero itself offers daily deal but it's so tricky how they promote unlimited bowling on Mondays then it's only after 8pm. Wednesdays are half off the arcade but it's actually not half off, it's doubling the points...
Mike Michael and Isaac need a raise! These 2 men helped take care of my group of 5, and really helped with our customizations and adjustments due to short staff not their fault!. Please give them a raise. They made my moms birthday a delight 59 years old. And didn’t give us a hard time at all : even when one of the group members spilled their drink all over the floor- they were so quick to help and not make a big deal out of it <3 Thank you to these 2 specific employees bartender and server. They were short staffed and were still amazing <3
Not enough personal to help. Waited over 10 minutes to get help to exchange stuff for our points from the arcade. It just sucks. Many of the machines were out of order and I spent over 100 dollars to go to the arcades, they should shut down. Terrible place. We couldn't exchang3 anything. Just left.
The positive here is the customer service. Everyone working tried to help and they were incredibly patient with me and professional. Unfortunately these problems likely can only be solved by higher ups. First, the heaviest ball they had was 12 pounds. We searched the entire alley and that was the heaviest ball available. Staff claimed they had seen 16 LB balls there before but we could not find them anywhere. This is unacceptable for a full size bowling alley. Second, the lanes had clearly not been greased in a while. My friends and I throw with a spin and no matter how fast we threw, our shots would end up cutting across the lane and going immediately into the gutter. I've been to lanes that haven't been greased in a while and have been able to adjust. This was by far the worst I have ever seen. We ended up giving up and throwing straight on the entire time, making us regret purchasing our three game packages. Lastly, when the pins would reset between bowlers, there was a 50 percent chance the machine would set up all 10 pins. Most of the time a new frame would start with 8 or 9 pins. Sure, we could reset it and get our pins reset, but coupled with the other issues, it became very burdensome and agitating. I've been to the Bowlero in Centreville many times and I loved that location. I never had any of these issues and despite moving to Leesburg, I may have to go to the Centreville location for a quality bowling experience.
Tons of fun! But all the games are falling apart and usually broken. The bar staff have all been great people but sometimes you have to wait a long time for anyone to even show up behind the counter. The food here totally sucks, but it's not exactly the focus. The booze is good! Usually spend $100-$150 on drinks, arcade, and bowling, but this place could be done for cheaper.
This place offers a unique twist on the bowling experience. It is a fun, upbeat atmosphere where you can, bowl, eat, and enjoy refreshments. It is family friendly while still offering an adult variety of drinks, pool tables, and other adult experiences. A game area for kids keeps everyone entertained, and bolwing has several game options for one or many with plenty of seating for you and your team. Prices are a little high but on par for the location. Food options are decent, and I would recommend this place if you want a laid-back and unique bowling experience either with your family or a group of friends. This place tends to stay busy most weeknights and weekends, so calling ahead would be ideal.
The customer service for food really sucks. The bartender was just standing behind the bar with his arms folded looking into space while my girlfriend and I was just sitting at the table waiting 10 minutes and he saw us while getting getting more bottles for the bar. Nobody hungry goes to a place to be ignored this service is really unacceptable.
It was awesome!!! From beginning to end.... Laura toke care of us... a party of 8. My sis-in-law's B-Day was unique... Well recommended for families with Kiddos 4&UP...
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, Server Jason N was the worst never again am I coming to this bowlers. No manners took forever to bring back a simple sauce or drinks actually we had to get up and go ask another person for it. He didn’t care plus he was talking to his friends in a corner, don’t know why they even hire people that don’t care about their job or customers
The bar staffed with three people taking orders runs like they have 100 people in line when there’s only 6 people standing at the bar ordering drinks. Waited 15 minutes for one bottled beer and a glass of wine while the bartender continued to pace back and forth behind the bar accomplishing nothing. Charged us for our drinks before receiving any beer and charged an 18% service fee prior to receiving any services.
