I had an absolutely amazing experience with this dealership! Being young and female I was extremely nervous about making such a big purchase but the salesman definitely helped eased that. I will have to give a special shout-out to Ike, Derrick, and TK for making this transition as smooth as possible. I’m a college student and needed a reliable car and I believe I got that from iCoal Enterprise. I came in wanting something specific but purchased a beautiful Kia Sorento for a great price. If I could give them 10 stars then I would. If you’re looking for a reliable car for a decent price, I would definitely recommend these guys!

We got my Nissan Pathfinder from a few months back. I waited to post this review so that we made sure we got a good vehicle and that he would stand by it if it showed any issues. I would recommend buying from Ike at iCoal , we had a wonderful experience!! He was responsible, followed through, and we got a great vehicle for a fair price. They were a great example of why to go with a locally owned small business over the big and impersonal operations. Will be back for any future vehicle needs we have.

The gentlemen at ICOAL are beyond amazing. This establishment feels like the Chic-Fil-A of car dealerships. Derrick, Ike and the whole crew honored every request I made. They spent significant time and money to get the car I was interested in just right for me. There was never any pressure. Just a willingness to help. I highly recommend them for any car purchase.

Car is nothing as described , curbed wheels, check engine light, abs light, hail damage, dirty inside and out. Just a bad company to do business with. Would not budge on price. Was told no issues with car, lies

Drove 2 hours for a car that was supposed to have no issues. Car had check engine light, airbag light, wheels curbed really bad, and the entire outside covered in dirt, inside wasn’t much better, guess they were trying to hide the hail dents with the dirt! Hail damage over most of the car. Oh and they told me on arrival that the door actuator just stopped working and was locking people inside. 2020 tlx with 30k miles.

Just purchased a 2003 Honda from Icoal Enterprise and I must say, it was a great experience working with Ike and Tinell. These guys have a great customer service, great sense of humor, and honest approach upfront about everything. My questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was able to negotiate the price down a little fair and they cleaned it up, had it detailed inside/out. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an affordable and reliable car. Thanks guys for the fun, painless experience!

Drove from Charleston after seeing one of his vehicle on an auto trader site and purchased this one instead. Very easy, no hassle car buying experience. Ikenna was honest and upfront of the history of the vehicle. I will definitely return when I need another.

We did not end up purchasing a car from ICoal, but I felt like they deserved this review just based on how friendly, helpful and genuine Ike and his team were with us. We will definitely recommend this company and keep them at the top of our list next time we are in the market for a car.
