Ideal Baby Store

Total waste going to this store I made a purchase of a car seat but later wanted to return it because it wasn’t what I was expecting. It’s ridiculous how they can’t refund you the money instead store credit I don’t need anything from your store why would I want store credit. Never coming here again total waste they just want your money without refunds

Went today and had an amazing experience! Carlos was god send and helped us out with strollers and baby furniture. The attention was unmatched. Very knowledgeable and was able to help guide us to the right products for us. Had such a wonderful experience!

The help was phenomenal, unlike anything I expected. Specifically, Carlos was wonderful and made this whole experience easier and educational. Will definitely continue to visit, and I recommend others to do the same! Thank you guys!

This store is extremely unprofessional and unethical. My husband bought a Hispanic Heritage dress for my 2 year old daughter. The older lady that sold it to him stated they would be getting a new shipment the next day and we would be able to exchange it or give store credit as long as it was within 24 hours. I went to return it unused, tags in place and within 24 hours. The same older lady was condescending and stated they don’t give refunds or exchanges or store credit! When I asked her about the “new shipment” she had told my husband about, she stated they never got it…. So basically she sold an item, lied about the return policy and made it sound like we would be able to at least exchange an item with all being LIES!! For a store that seems like they would be going out of business any time, they should be more honest and update their business tactic.

One of the best places to go buy your baby needs. Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service, competitive pricing. If Carlos is working, he is so helpful and insightful on the products.

I love Ideal baby! I just drove from Fort Lauderdale to buy a going home outfit for my third daughter. All of my girls have gone home in outfits from ideal baby. The customer service and selection of knit baby clothing can not be matched. They also have all the best baby items. I’ve bought my stroller, car seat and high chair there in the past.

I originally bought a crib and dresser set with them in 2017. I had ordered the toddler railing in 2018 but for external reasons, I never picked it up. Today, I went in to order the railing again, assuming they would not find my order from 2018, and ready to hear that the railing had already been sold to another happy customer...whoa! To my extreme surprise, they were able to locate all my past purchases and they in fact were STILL holding on to my piece that had taken months to arrive back in 2018!!! They not only have a great tracking system, they also have superb customer integrity and of course all staff are extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. That's probably why they are still in business after all these years. Gracias!!!

Very disappointed with customer service. I bought two onesies for my baby girl almost 40 dollars each, not cheap at all and came back a couple of days later for a refund because onesies didn’t fit. When I’m doing the refund, sales associate says she needs someone’s approval I guess the store manager. She starts calling for Flora and Flora appears. Not even says good morning or anything, she looks at the onesies and starts lecturing me because cloth didn’t have the original tags and labels. A very rude attitude towards me, like I was a child, she repeated the same to me like three times and also said that every cloth store requires the original tags and labels when doing a refund lol. I didnt respond cause I just wanted my refund! Onesies were in impeccable condition and I had the receipt. But Flora was rude to me and I guess it is a common practice. I’m cuban and that store looks like a store in Cuba, bad manners and bad customer service. In the end they gave me the refund and I just got the hell out of there. Never gonna come back.

Amazing customer service and quality products. The employees really care about the store and their customers. The store manager helped me and wife personally and answered all our questions and even tried to get the warehouse opened for us on a Sunday. Great place! they have a customer for life.
