IFR is well organized with quality furniture set in actual room settings. We were looking for a kitchen table and chairs to replace an older set in our kitchen. They had a clearance section with a line of Ashley sets made for other stores. Great price as you can see. They also rent furniture and sell furniture that had been previously leased. Teri,our sales person,was friendly, professional and very helpful when we called a week later to change our delivery time earlier than we had previously decided on. Delivery was smooth and they were very efficient. Certainly would shop here again.
Kim I hope u get fired, I was ready to purchase 6 items from here and I was baffled with the experience I had with Kim. There was literally 1 other person in the whole store yet she wasn’t available and acted busy the entire time we were in the store. Never going back.

Even the owner Sheldon Kopp got involved to make sure I left a happy customer with the perfect addition to to my kitchen. Great quality furniture at an affordable price. I can be picky about what I put in my house so luckily they had a wide selection of options! This is the go to place for Furniture!
Worst experience I have ever had in a furniture store. The whole store was literally empty and yet we couldn’t get hold of Kimthe person working there at the time we were gonna purchase 2 things that day but she couldn’t assist us so we left. Never coming back.
Our parents had a whole apt furnished today with delivery. The crew came in and VERY efficiently stocked the whole place with anything and everything one would need for a new place they were displaced due to a fire. They were so pleased with the process and attention to detail. The movers worked quickly and made sure to put everything in its place, make the beds beautifully, and set up tv’s lamps etc. They definitely have my business in the future! Thank you for your hard work and care and compassion!
I just walked into the store...walked all around the store and not one person acknowledged my presence. I was prepared to purchase 4 items. Living room sofa, chair, loveseat and one item on clearance. So I just walked out and decided to write this review before I left the parking lot. There were at least 3 people that saw me and the only customer in the place. Please do better.

SECOND BIG PURCHASE HERE! : Checked out these guys again, looking for a new bedroom set this time. I was not disappointed! Kim was very patient and helpful, providing answers to all my questions. Purchased 5, quality pieces at a very fair price, and yes, I shopped around. Check these guys out already! I am sure you will like the products, prices, and service as I do... And by the way, my office furniture from nearly 4 years ago is still looking and working great! PREVIOUS POST: I work frequently from home and I was looking for some solid quality home office furniture which I have been unable to find at Staples, Office Max, or the typical department store. These guys do not stock much but they have a large selection available that will arrive in days. I explained to Jared what I was after, he showed me some samples and put together a great home office for me at what I feel was a very fair price for the quality. Very happy with these folks. A little out of the way for me but I will definitely make this my a stop for furniture from now on. RECOMMEND!
Small store quality furniture at great price. I spent a week looking for a recliner at a good price and couldn't find anything. I was debating on 1 from another store and decided to see if there was any other stores around and saw IFR so I gave them a shot and boy I was glad I did. I found the perfect chair for the right price.
I bought some furniture here last year. It was a great experience. The salesperson was so friendly. Now I came by to look at some more items. I wasn't acknowledged or even greeted by anyone. I continued to look around. Not one person said a word but both sales ladies saw me and made eye contact.
