Amazing experience with the plus for kindness from the staff. Especially from my family’s waitress, Destiny V. My younger brother has special needs and tends to be very hyper, but she and the staff were so patient with him and made the experience amazing for all of us. I really wish nothing but the best for that woman, she truly was an angel. The food is comforting, although maybe the orange juice isn’t that much to rave about, over all, amazing dine in and I would come to eat here again.

i found a hair in my first order, i told them i wanted something different and found this hair in it. has the whole root … i sure was gunna eat and drive but i decided to wait till i got home Vegetarian options: visible signs they provide vegetation options Kid-friendliness: provided option of high chair or booster

It was extremely busy,actually nowhere to park, I got on the wait list, 4 of us and 20 minutes later we we're called, they had estimated 45 minutes. Service was great, food delicious. 9-3-23. Had brunch, unable to check in online, not so busy, 15 minutes and we were called. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. 4 adults, 1 6 year old $96.00 Food was ok, no salt, no seasoning just meh. My plate had onions, she said i wrote no onions, ill get you another plate, she said keep plate, so i started eating my hashbrowns, she came back, they told her needed plate because they didnt believe me, Iwas like omg, of course take it, I'm not going to eat that. Maybe best part are the pancakes. My grandbaby likes them.

Everything was okay, I did have to get a fresh fruit bowl, the first one she served was a bit warm. So our waitress brought me another. I also noticed they remodeled since the last time we were there. It looks a lot nicer and cleaner. 12/31/2022-This is the closest location to us. It's usually pretty busy, because it's off 635 and near a motel. We'll have to remember to find a better location to go to. They really need to step up their game here when it comes to service, food prep, and cleanliness. Hubby was craving blueberry pancakes and I tried the avacado toast. In regards to the toast I recommend they spread it on the bread, but other than that it was okay. Our server totally ghosted us. He stepped outside for a bit, while we waited wondering what happened to him. That definitely was reflected in his tip.

Keep in mind, IHOP is a chain, however this particular location is VERY busy inspitr of that, the doors were clean. I hate when I go to a restaurant and the glass doors are filthy. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff was friendly. The food was ready within 20 minutes upon ordering. The servers all have hand held digital devices for placing customers orders. The booths were clean. The food was hot. I have been to other IHOPs and food was brought out cold. The only down side is the parking lot is a bit small. Other than that, great dining experience overall!!!

Once we got there there was a line and people didn't know where to go to be put on the wait list. The hostesses were talking among themselves and just pointing people to the other side where they were putting names in what seems like a receipt paper. We waited for about 25 min on a Sunday which isn't that bad to me. But once we were seated we waited for a bitstill ok but our server wasn't near our table and she was asking us what we're going to order she kept repeating herself because we weren't answering, never thought she was talking to us since she was a couple tables over and I had my back from her so there is no way I saw her. Besides all of that service isn't that great the food was just okay.

The server we had I believe Jennelle or Jeannie maybe was nice. She was quick and made sure everything was correct. She was an older woman with bangs. She did many check backs. She was quick to refill drinks and ensure the experience was pleasant. The atmosphere could be improved. We witnessed employees being degrading and down right rude to the busser who never stopped working. There were employees on their phones and wearing EarPods and not attending to guests. The manager seemed to enjoy gossiping instead of assisting the busy restaurant or checking on guests. There was also a blonde Russian woman loudly complaining to anyone who would listen. We enjoyed our food and our server but we probably wouldn’t visit again due to the many other issues we saw while visiting. Kid-friendliness: The server was nice to the littles. The menu choices allowed for many different options to accommodate picky eaters.

The spicy poblano omelette was amazing. I always love the pancakes, but this visit the hash browns tasted a lot like a dirty griddle... The service was impeccable, all of the staff was very attentive and friendly.Food: 3/5

Good location. Near LBJ freeway. Food was wel cooked. Restaurant not too big, so you can ear all the discussions coming from the kitchen. Or waiter to good care of us. Features: Masks not required anymore. Social distancing is encouraged
