This is the only pharmacy anyone should be using especially if you like alternative products as well. The customer service is the best I've experienced since childhood! The owner/ pharmacist is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and all around helpful! Locally sourced products, Alabama made, small businesses are all supported by this amazing business! Stop in.... Cannot recommend IKare enough. Needed a specific Covid test for last minute Japan travel and after much research and advice from the airline was headed to ATL for the test. Read reviews and stopped to find they did it here for a fraction of the price and the BEST customer service. You guys have my business from here out and I’ll tell every one. Great Job!! You saved my trip.

This owner went above and beyond to help me and my partner with last minute PCR test for a flight the next day after another pharmacy dropped the ball. I wish I had known about this pharmacy before then and it would have saved me so much trouble. While we were waiting for our results two customers didn’t speak English well and the owner tried to speak their language when he could and used a lot of hand gestures to help them understand. Very kind and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

I am so happy that I have changed all my prescriptions to iKare! The owners are so friendly and personable! When I call to renew, the owner says”Oh yes, I noticed it was time, and I have already ordered that for you.” That has never happened with another pharmacy. I am purchasing my fourth bottle of CBD from IKARE pharmacy today. My Pain Specialist referred me there. I have been super pleased with the service they offer. I had been using CBD from another retailer and wasnt having the results that I’ve had since purchasing from IKARE. The staff is very knowledgeable and so helpful with determining the measurement and amount of CBD I need. They started me out at the lowest dose and have helped me find the correct dose for me.
