Institutional Pharmacy Solutions

This company is a SCAM !!! I went into a pain doctor for chronic pancreatitis treatment, I was prescribed tramadol but also prescribed a pain cream from this company. Believing this was something legit and listening to my doctor and received this cream, after weeks of using it I had NO results at all. I could get better pain relief from Icy Hot. On my next doctors appointment I asked them about this cream and getting NO results. I get "Well it was a try." A try ??!! What kind of company pushes there product as a try ?? I next contacted Institutional Pharmacy Solutions to tell them their product has NO effect and I wanted to return the cream. I forgot to tell you when IPS called me for delivery they pushed me to get 2 bottles of cream and a discount. That should have thrown up a BIG RED FLAG but again I thought this was something legit. During the call I get well it was a TRY you still owe us $75.00. I asked why they didn't go through my medical insurance thinking they did, I get its not covered. Why isn't it ? Do insurance companies know their product has a low success rate ? I would like to know Why ?? I get No response, she doesn't know. I don't know about you but for a person on disability with numerous medical issues, 18 daily prescriptions, 6 specialist doctors, I can't afford to be a companies lab rat. I want this company to show that their product can help my condition specifically and the testing on chronic pancreatitis. Should be easy, Right ?? I would also love to know of what kind of back hand deal does this company have with doctors ? All I can say is Stay Far Away for Institutional Pharmacy Solutions to me its Nothing but a SCAM !!
