Went looking for Kitchen appliances, beds and bedding accessories. Many great appliance choices as well as an area to design your own kitchen. Found a comfortable bed as well. Disappointed in the bland bedding color choices available. Would like to see more vibrant color choices. Overall experience was okay.

First time going here. It was crowded, but you were still able to move around.  It is a good place to get ideas for your home since there are mock setups of different styles of living space.

The kids indoor playground is available on Monday to Friday from noon time till 5pm. Each time kids are allowed drop off for 45 mins! My kids have to be 41" height. My 2 years old not tall enough so I brought her with me to shop! The cafeteria is spacious and has table for kids and tv for kids to watch!

I friggin love this place. I went early 1 day after a dentist appointment. I wandered & planned in peace. I stopped in the cafeteria, had some lunch with free coffee refills. It was complete BLISS. Full disclosure: it was February I had a bout of seasonal depression, this quiet moment with my own thoughts in the sunlight of the spacious cafeteria was wonderful. I wandered some more purchased lots of useful things. The highlight: found some bamboo on clearance for $1 each. Bought 9 of them. I am happy to say 8 months later 6 of the 9 are alive & thriving. YAY!!!!!! Massive amounts of parking.

They really need to enforce their no pets policy. There is a couple walking around here with a dog that is clearly not a service dog. No vest, distracted and sniffing people. I like pets too but you don't have to bring them everywhere!

Placed on online order and picked it up. Made it very convenient because it was a larger item. Signs are located in the parking lot to guide you to the pickup spot which is on the side of the store. Only drawback was even though I was the only person picking up, it took about 10 minutes to come out.

Very nice place for shopping and eating. We love the home staff purchased from IKEA, high quality and wonderful design.

Nice long walk looking at chairs that are super comfortable! Nice big parking lot but not obvious at all how to access it from the road.

Supply chain problems appear to have diminished as inventory levels were notably improved. One thing that has never changed is the attitude of the staff. I have yet to meet a friendly staff member at IKEA in all the years I have been coming here. Staff here definitely has an attitude problem. Not argumentative,  just get the feeling you are bothering them when you ask any question. It would be helpful, and i wouldn't have have to interact with an employee if items on display upstairs had tags telling your they are stocked downstairs and where they are stocked. Things like bedding.   I was encouraged when they opened self serve registers as that was one less IKEA employee I have to deal with.

It’s a well organized store, but they let people cut to the front of the line at self checkout so be aware. There are no non-self checkout options either so after this happened I said, “sorry?” and looked at the employees who just shrugged. I will order online in the future, so it’s not the biggest issue but it is very aggravating as a customer.  Edit - down one star to two stars. had a click and collect order that didn’t go through in the morning and went to collect it once the issue once fixed. Then, two of my items were not included and I had to go inside the store and find someone, who told me they forgot the cart for those items. Tried to go get food but both the food kiosk and restaurant closed at 8pm it was 8:15 despite their listed hours being until 9 and 8:30 respectively.
