Kat was very helpful and professional. There were a lot of beautiful pieces and Kat listened to us and helped us choose what we wanted.

Had a wonderful no pressure but extremely knowledgeable sales rep who knew her stuff she taught me a lot. I had bought a recliner 2 years ago. not inexpensive but just did not fit me a 5’1 little person. I had been incomfortable for years. My sales woman explained I should have gotten a petite chair and the differences. Feet on ground a fit for me I am sorry but I do not remember her name either Marsha or Sharon in New Haven. The store is spectacular… absolutely beautiful and large with tons of choices for everyone. Everyone is very nice but my sales rep Sharon L. Was absolutely amazing, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jordan’s Furniture store. Plan to go back for all my furniture needs. Great quality merchandise!!

We arrived at Jordans already knowing the item we were interested in purchasing after having found it on the website snd knowing it was on sale. We found it quickly in the store. Our sales person was very friendly and gave us time to ourselves to make our decision. We found another piece of furniture we had been thinking about purchasing and it was also on sale. We purchased both. Our check out went very smoothly and were told delivery would be soon. After just two days we received a phone call and an email saying our items were ready to ship.

My family has purchased all of our furniture over the past 10 years from Jordan’s locations in NH and MA. My dining room sets, living room, bedroom, patio furniture have all been purchased at Jordan’s. I like Jordan’s due to quality furniture, atmosphere, and their knowledgeable and friendly staff. The salesman we purchased our two pillows from on 2 separate receipts on the same day was easily the worst I’ve worked with. When asked a question he couldn’t answer he’d lie. Then maybe find the answer. The first time this happened was when we asked the price of the pillows. At first he deflected the question and spoke vaguely about the pillows features. When I asked again he quoted us a price half of what it turned out to be when we placed the order When asked how long shipping would be on the king sized pillow that was not in stock at the store he told me it would be shipped within two days. He said this multiple times. When I got to my car and saw the email from Jordan’s the quoted lead time before shipping was 2 to 5 weeks! This is a $300 pillow I was told was a $150-170 pillow that I was told would be shipped to me in 2 days that is actually going to maybe reach me within the next 2 months. Unacceptable and I will be extremely hesitant to purchase from the New Haven, CT location again.

Went in looking for a new mattress, Charles helped me out during the experience. Mattress shopping can be a little overwhelming with all of the options. Charles was professional, patient, upfront, very informative and not pushy with trying to just make a sale. Took his time while I was trying to find the right mattress that met what I was looking for. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new bed and ask for Charles, he definitely made the experience a little less stressful.

Everyone in the store was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a mattress. The salesperson was polite, exactly the kind of person who is “no pressure” yet knows the products available. He was willing to spend time and give thorough explanations. I was happy to have the opportunity to pay with interest free payments! Love Jordan’s!

Jordan’s has the best customer service! Eric was wonderful and we had fun shopping for our new furniture. He was funny energetic patient and kind. I have shopped at various furniture stores but once I shopped at Jordan’s I won’t go anywhere else!

Went to purchase a recliner for my mother and Sean our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the perfect chair. Great service and we will have our chair delivered within a few days.
