ILKB is the best thing I have done for myself. The instructors greet you by name as soon as you walk in with a smile! The workout is intense but yet enjoyable. Instructors and other members push and encourage each other to do their best and work through the pain! I am glad I am part of such an amazing group!
I Love Kickboxing is the most fun workout I've ever done! The facility is very nice and clean, everyone is so friendly, I actually enjoy working out for the first time in a long time! I recommend giving it a try, you won't regret it!
If you are looking for an intense workout, fitness experts to keep you moving, push, you, and keep you motivated; this is the place to sign up! ILKB is not only a great place to get a full body workout, their staff will help you with diet plans, fit tips of the day, and even throw in a joke every now and then!! The positive energy and flexible class schedules are a great bonus too! : :
I absolutely love ILoveKickboxing. This workout is intense and fun all at the same time. If you want something different and something easy to stick with I highly recommend. The staff are awesome people who make you feel welcomed right when you walk in the door and they encourage you to push yourself. I love it!
This is the most fun I've ever had working out! I was looking for something different and I definitely found it! From the amazing instructors to the different kinds of workouts it's an awesome routine to get into. I've been going since December and I feel stronger and i've lost 10lbs!
Yesterday was my first class at ILovekickboxing and I had a blast! The instructors are full of energy and positivity which made my first day there enjoyable. The minute I walked in I could already tell that these group of people are one big family. Everyone motivates you to keep going and pull through the workout and in my eyes makes a successful workout. The facility is very clean and it smells really good, not like a normal gym that smells like everyone's sweat lol. Now let me tell you when the staff said that the first 15 minutes of the workout is the hardest they weren't kidding lol. By the end of the 15 minutes I was sweating like I had been working out for an hour lol. At the end of it all I felt good and I can't wait to go for my second class.
ILoveKickboxing has changed my life. Since starting my journey on September 2, 2017 I have lost 15 lbs & am still going strong. The trainers are awesome & very helpful. The workouts are fun yet challenging!
I started at ILoveKickBoxing and all I can say is I absolutely LOVE it! They welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Well organized, clean and the staff is beyond fun and supportive. They make sure you know that they are there to help you achieve your goals and stand by your side all the way. I can't wait to get lean, lose some unwanted weight and get my energy back so I can keep up with my Kiddos! Thanks Ladies at Cedar Rapids, IA ILoveKickBoxing!
In our world today there seems to be quite a bit of unrest and division. A large number of people are voicing their opinions and there appears to be more disagreement than I’ve ever witnessed in my life. There is, however, one thing that I think almost everyone can agree on…everyone wants to be healthy. Those who aren’t in shape want to be in shape and those who are fit want to maintain their fitness. The New Year wasn’t that long ago, and, as always, millions of people revised their resolution to exercise more. Sound great –but not so easy. After the initial two to four week commitment – whether it’s at a gym or at home, daily life sneaks back in and that initial commitment dwindles. I know that’s happened to me over the years. Whether it’s an “ab building promise” gizmo or the latest and greatest 8 week fitness fad it never sticks around. Why is that, you ask…well, my opinion after having many a gizmo suffocate from dust in my basement is that we don’t need a gizmo or a fad – we need a lifestyle change. Lucky for me, I think I’ve stumbled on to that change. By chance, I saw a post on Facebook about a place called I Love Kickboxing. Hmmmm, sounds kind of fun…can try three classes for less than $20. I think I’ll give it a go. I was very nervous the first night and thought I wouldn’t make it past the warm-up, but by the end of class I was hooked. Now, by no means is this kickboxing class to train you to take on an opponent in the ring – there are other gyms for that. Nor is it to give you the skills to take out that annoying neighbor or co-worker please don’t – that would be bad and wrong; very bad, very wrong. This is a fantastic fitness program. It is a full-body workout – your entire body will confirm that the day or two after your first class. It’s fun, it’s active, and it will help you meet your fitness goals. The instructors are friendly and motivating and more than willing to work with you. I have problems with my knees and have had a broken back and they help modify various exercises so I can do them. I realize that a structured class is not for everybody and kudos to those of you who actually workout at home. For me, making the commitment to get up and drive to class ensures that I get my workout in. I can’t say at this point one month in that the warm-up still doesn’t make me want to curl up in the fetal position, but I know by the end of class that I’m going to feel great. So…for those looking for that life style change to invest in your health, checkout I Love Kickboxing in Cedar Rapids for a great total body workout. The instructors are there for you and will guide you through all the basic punches and kick so that you are using proper form and prevent any injuries. It’s fun, it’s friendly, and it’s FITNESS at ILKB! Pam H
This is the most fun I've ever had working out! The instructors here are so helpful and really go the extra mile to make you feel like you can keep going, and I love taking classes here.
