I find the team at this location to be exceptional. Both of the doctors I’ve seen over the years have taken the time to listen and to explain and answer my questions. The doctors assistants I forget names : are also great. The assistant that took my tests today cat lover, fun purple hair has always been friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable. Also the woman at the front desk has gone out of her way to help me with billing issues. So glad they are my closest walk in!!

Indigo was able to get me in and out within an hour! The front desk woman was so helpful and kind. The medical assistant and doctor were both very personable. Dr Dean personally explained my diagnosis to me and was very thorough and patient with me. I will definitely be recommending this place to people in the future.

Wow, I just had the best urgent care experience of my life, and I've been to urgent care a lot as a mom of two. I went there with my sick baby after reserving my spot early in the morning, arriving a bit before my appointment. I was prepared to wait at least two hours like it usually is, and with a sick kid I braced for the worse. But instead my paperwork was done in five minutes, and I was seeing the nurse practitioner within 15 minutes. All the staff were lovely and kind. It's not even two hours after my appointment right now and I got my baby's medication in hand and a relieved heart. I am not going to any other urgent care from now on.

My experience at first with Indigo Urgent Care was not so good. I was turned away for care when I went there Sunday night twenty minutes before they were closing which was my own fault. The next day I hopped online and made an appointment and had no issues. Their online appointment was easy to use and straightforward. The staff was friendly and caring. Dean Ngo, the nurse practitioner, is extremely knowledgeable medical and thorough. I’m glad I came back. I’ll definitely come back again if I have any health concerns. But I will make sure to schedule an online appointment before coming.

I was greeted warmly and got in to be seen within about an hour as a mid-day walk in, even though it’s peak cold/flu season. The staff members were friendly and professional when checking me in, bringing me back to my room, and doing the initial assessment. The ARNP was fantastic! I felt heard and got great care. He took time to get to know my whole situation and did a thorough assessment before treating my illness. Highly recommend this urgent care!

The staff was very professional and kind and friendly. I had to come here one other time and experienced the same positive interactions with the front desk receptionist, with the nurse practitioner, and with the doctor. I do like to come to this urgent care facility over ones.

We always have good experiences here. Practitioners are usually kind and efficient. We don't have to wait too long, especially with an appointment. It's super clean and modern. It's our go to for urgent Care especially since we can't get in with our pediatrician very quickly.

Absolutely awful service! Why does the site say it's open until 8:00 but at 7:15 you turn patients away? You should have a notice on your website that the patient should not arrive past a certain time. When you say you're open till 8:00 that implies that someone arriving at 7:15 could see a doctor. Especially when that person is a child who is coughing and clearly needs to see a doctor. I am astonished at the poor level of customer service as well as lack of basic humane concern. But hey don't worry we'll just wait two days till the next urgent care opens again and get an appointment then like your staffers suggested! Hope nobody gets sicker in the meantime! Kind, considerate care. I was late to my appointment for a sudden medical event and they still saw me and added me to the queue when I finally did arrive, walked in to check in, then I waited in my car and they called in advance before the room was ready in case I had left or was napping I assume, then texted me when it was ready. They were fast and efficient trying to get me out. I think I was out 25 minutes after that appointment began with results and treatment.

I went in for COVID test. Online appointment is very easy to make. As a matter of fact I made appointment less than an hour ahead of time. Test result came back with in promised time. And I can check my test result online. Since I have not used any other services, I decided to give 4 stars at this time. But I want to mention that front desk is very friendly and very encouraging.
