I’ve been going here off and on for 6 years until just recently where I switched to being here FULL time. The old school feel of the gym is unmatched. Nautilus equipment, rogue, hammer strength, plenty of dumbbells - hex and regular - the list goes on. I not only train myself here I now train ALL of my clients out of here. The atmosphere is what I look for in a gym: community focused, always striving to give back, family oriented, even service dogs are allowed and can be seen sitting with their owners as they train — just a super supportive and encouraging place. Albeit an old school feel, the encouragement you feel and receive here is gold. The music is good, the owners are amazing, the staff and members are respectful, and I know with the current and new expansion in the works, it’s only going to get better. Look no further for a gym! I love this gym so much, I started going when I was relatively new to lifting and the environment is WAY better than the YMCA I was going to before. I was kind of worried that a bodybuilding focused gym wouldn't be a safe/ welcoming space for women but I feel super comfortable and I've never had any creepy experiences there. If I kept going to the Y I would have never gotten this into it, the equipment and music are great. The bathroom is super nice too, there's a positive message on the mirror with a baby changing table and drawers for spare pads/ tampons/ hair ties/ spray deodorant/ etc.

Amazing environment and plenty of equipment. However, be wary of this big fellow who comes at late hours and abuses the machines. Often seen him talking to himself in his car too.

Great gym but he wary of this water buffalo who ego lifts while grunting at absurd decimals. Often chugs dextrose in the parking lot

a gym for those who take lifting seriously and definitely a place for more experienced lifters. the staff here listens to their clients and buys equipment based off of requests often and the facilities are very nice. if you want a higher level gym than the commercial gyms around here this is a great place for only a few more dollars a month.

This is the best gym I've ever seen! New Rogue racks, benches, barbells, rubber plates. Always have open racks. DL platform. They have EVERYTHING! The owners and workers are super cool also. I love this gym and look forward to going there for a long time

This is by far one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Their equipment selection is par none. The atmosphere and people here are always friendly and helpful. The owners care very much about making sure the gym is clean and equipped with anything you may need for your fitness goals. No matter what your objective is, there is equipment and people here to help you meet it!

Couldn't find a better gym from the equipment to the staff and including all the members all are phenomenal definitely gives you that killer mentality which contributes to an amazing workout for best possible Gaines.. No doubt in my opinion one of the best gyms in the tri-state area..

Great place to accomplish goals and make progress. Great selection of equipment and plenty of room. There are lots of machines and equipment you won't find any other gym within 50 miles.

Awesome gym. They continue to get new equipment based on members requests. Lots of knowledge in this gym and they have helped me significantly!
