Samson Gym is a family owned fitness facility specializing in Spinning. Classes include Bootcamp, Zumba, Core, Body Sculpting, Urban Rebounding and Light & Lively morning classes. The gym houses 2 floors of strength training equipment and hosts two sanctioned powerlifting meets per year. Teamwork is encouraged with small group weight training sessions for women on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
