What began as ASM Fitness has evolved into Impact Fitness and Sports a ministry of Trinity Free Church in Eustis. We have a passion for fitness and sports and after much prayer the Lord made the path clear. Impact Fitness and Sports Ministry will provide programs to our community with the goal of building strong individuals on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
