I was very pleased with the services I received at Imperial Lakes Dental office. Every one from the ladies at the front desk, to my dentist Dr. Whitehead, and his assistant Ernesto were fantastic. They are a great team! Highly recommend this staff and office.
Dr J was phenomenal! My whole family and I have been seeing her for the past 4 years, and I am sad that she’s transferring to Riverview but I am definitely going to be following her for my treatment! Highly recommend her as a dentist and I trust no one else!
I signed a bill for $65. Then, here walks in a $60 fluoride treatment that wasn't even on my cost breakdown. I was told to pay $125 at the pay counter. Fluoride isn't covered, she said. I paid because I felt stuck. I immediately called my insurance company, and they got me on a 3-way call. I was told their billing department would be contacting me. All recorded. I feel robbed. It's $60, whoa... It's principle. Other than that. I had a great visit. Mohammad.
The staff was professional and made the tooth extraction process comfortable and I was out in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate their expertise and care! Thank you so much!
I got to my appointment exactly 10 minutes late what should have been a 6 min drive was over 20 min due to a car stalled backing up traffic all the way down South Florida. They stated my appointment had been canceled because the doctors had left and I didn't call to tell them I was going to be late. For a teeth cleaning they said the doctor had to be there. This was news to me, so I asked why. Apparently a new doctor is now running this location. What a way to find out that I would no longer be seeing my previous doctor! Futhermore, for someone that has waited on this staff for over an hour to be seen in the past on several occasions, I was extremely disappointed to have my appointment canceled after 10 minutes. Next available appointment - over a month away. It is a nice office, clean, but super disappointed in their care for their customers, lack of communication, and what seems the new doctors unwillingness to want to work.
I went for my regular cleaning appointment this morning and was blindsided into a deep cleaning. When I said that I’d think about it for the next cleaning, I was told that today had to be deep cleaning or no cleaning. I chose no cleaning since I was not prepared for deep cleaning as we had never discussed it prior to this morning. In my 68 years I have never been treated this way.
Not a good first impression, was an hour late being called in, because no one has ever been to the office with my insurance Cigna and they had to build it into their system. I also offered my Cigna electronic card as we don't receive a physical cardI was made to feel like this was my fault because I didn't notice they were calling me, even though I had already confirmed. I'm big on customer service, and feeling confident in the care I receive. Therefore I chose to leave before receiving any services, so I can't comment on the services which may just be phenomenal.
If you value your money and time stay away from this place . My wife was told she had a credit of 100$ and that it would cover a cleaning it didn't we got a bill for 300. I was in a payment plan for 1000. Paid it off 3 months later they want 191.56 plus 31.58 for late payments. This place will push for things you don't need just for more $$$$.
This staff...Dr. Tran..Miss George..is absolutely the BEST care team. They treated me like family and I felt so comfortable. I walked in with anxiety and left feeling so relieved. Everything is thoroughly explained to you starting with your exam...procedure..and treatment plan. Super comfortable and relaxing environment all throughout. They treat you like a VIP! I highly recommend this office for your dental care...you're in GREAT hands!
If I could give zero stars i would this place is full of liars I waited 4 weeks and took a day off of work and then the day before the appt, they completely changed what the appt was for. Save your money and time do not go here find sonwhwre who is truthful.
