I was referred to this place by a coworker. The dental assistant was great but the dentist herself Taheia T Dozier was rude. I had an extraction done and when giving the shots in my mouth, I moaned loudly to which she responded by asking me not to try not to scream because that annoys her. Lucky for her I was numb, because the nerve of you! Sorry, not sorry that my pain ANNOYS you!!! I was immediately disappointed and filled with regrets for having to pay my money at that establishment. No warmth, no gentleness, no care. I will definitely seek care of another dentist in my area.
I’ve been reaching out for months about a credit. Only time action is taken is once I call! My secondary paid 11/21/22 yet my audit still haven’t been processed. Called last week “the manager out will have her call you tomorrow morning” never received a call. Called today a lady told me now that the insurance paid they’ll do the audit. That was a month a go why wasn’t it situated a month ago? Today I was told would give me a call back soon I never received a call from them all year about any progress of anything. Also I had fill ins this summer and in October went to an event… My fill-ins glowed in the dark... This was VERY embarrassing since I was around alot of people and no idea it would happen. Asked would I be charge to come in to check on it and said they would have to ask the doctor. Never heard back! The staff is friendly but thats about it! Find a dentist that care and not just about your money. I was recommended due to another dentist was running the place but now it has gone down hill. The person who originally recommended me has even left due to poor service.

I should’ve known better. Never go to a place that sends promotional flyers to your house. I went in because I had a 9yr old porcelain crown that cracked. Obviously I know I needed a new crown but Dr Dozier also tells me I need a root canal which left me puzzled. Due to the denial I was in I asked her to please show me on my xrays why she felt I needed a root canal. She was annoyed and refused to point it out. It was at that moment my gut told me I didn’t need a root canal. Went to a far more reputable dentist in Buford and he never mentioned needing a root canal. Got my new crown put in with him and it’s doing just fine. Stay away from Mulberry.
First time to see them, and very nice people.,and the doctor that saw me did a assume job. Difently my dental office from now on.
Don’t waste your time here. They will waste yours. Avoid this place all costs. The dentist won’t show their face when they’ve wronged you but send the assistants to deliver info that is contradictory to what they previously shared. #Trash
First appointment in a long time. Staff were proficient and tactful. My teeth and gums feel much cleaner than they have in recent memory. Everyone is polite and amicable. Enjoyable service. Would recommend.
My name is Christopher J Boyd I made an appointment on the 12th to my surprise everything I was promised I was supposed to get it wasn't available I travel almost 40 miles to get there that's one issue I was looking for a price check on the upper dentures the lady manager I know she's been there for a while give me an estimate of the premium or economical upper denture.. She had an attitude when I asked her what type of denture she's talking about.. Because I know from past experience they're like different styles some with the natural feeling of the root of your mouth with engrave of a natural feeling
Over all the employees are very nice and professional. I’m very pleased with their care and service. However, you can’t ever get them on the phone. Also, their billing is a hassle if something is put in wrong. It takes months to get it corrected if it gets corrected at all.
