They're overall a great value, easy to talk to and very reasonable. They won't try to overcharge you and do unnecessary stuff. I will say, however, I'm disappointed that I can never seem to reach them by phone lately. That wasn't the case when I made my first appointment, but now they just don't answer at all. Otherwise, great practice.
So thankful to have found this place! I have had so much dental anxiety most of my life, and dreaded dental visits until I found this practice! They are always very kind and patient with me, and always make sure that I am comfortable. They are also very thorough when discussing any issues. Highly recommend!!
This dental office came highly recommended by my pastor of my church. I’ve been calling for weeks during business hours, leaving messages still do not have a return phone call from the facility.
With much sadness, I have to give Dr. Payne's office a 1 star. Service has consistently gone down hill the past 4 years. I just had my fillings done and I'm in throbbing pain, but cannot get hold of anyone at the office during normal business nor get anyone to call me back.
I’ve been going to Dr. Payne for over 10 years. He has an experienced staff who are always friendly and welcoming. Paula, my personal hygienist, is absolutely amazing. She is thorough, gentle, and takes the necessary time to clean your teeth correctly. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. You won’t regret it.

I have visited this office more than 3x and ALL experiences have been exceptional! and I don't just say that seeing no cavities have populated...yet... Dr. Payne and his associates have always been kind and have worked with my crazy travel schedule. I travel quite a bit and even though booking has been a challenge on my part with last minute changes, they have followed up when individuals have cancelled. Anyhow, very kind a professional gentleman and again, I really like his staff. Couldn't ask for a better dentist! So far between Dr. Payne and Dr. Johnson, I have been in good hands. Continue your great work and see you all later this fall. :-
Me and my husband were able to make an appointment for him the day we called. The staff at the office are so friendly. Dr. Payne and the hygienist were very friendly and very considerate to our situation and offered options and were genuinely trying to help us and not just get money. I definitely recommend this office and we will definitely be back!
I have been going to Dr Payne for 10 years or longer. He has always been great. I work for a specialty dentist so I know from patient horror stories how some general dentists can be. Dr Payne will not do work on your teeth unless it is really necessary. This is really appreciated since several dentists will do unnessary work. His staff has always been nice; I have no complaints.
I agonized over finding a new dentist and hit the jackpot with Dr. Payne. He has been very considerate of our finances and doesn't want to do all this work that was recommended by other dentists. That tells me he is not doing unnecessary work. Everything my family has had done has been top notch and I am so happy we found someone we can trust to do good work.
Dr. Payne and all of his staff are exceptional at what they do! Very happy this is my dentist
