I was bummed out when my previous dentist retired . But the office Jones and Copeland came highly recommend by other residents in our neighborhood. Let's say I wasn't disappointed. The staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. This come from someone whom blood pressure goes up 40 points at thought of going to the dentist. I would whole heartedly recommend them to family members I like and friends . .
Dr. Hanna has a great bedside manner. He really helped me feel comfortable. I had two implants and I am happy with the results. Gina also did a great job! I felt like I was in good hands and they really cared
Totally amazed by this practice. The building is absolutely beautiful. Angela was amazing. She talked me through what was occurring that had caused me to seek a second opinion. Then the doctor came in. She was amazing as well. I felt immensely taken care of. It was worth the hour drive to seek care here.
Dr. Copeland and her staff are amazing. I have finally found the best dentist office. Everyone from Coleen at the front desk to Kelly, my favorite hygienist, and Dr. Copeland make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them
When I was 13 my front teeth were knocked out playing baseball. For the most part of my life I was embarrassed by my teeth/smile. Fast forward to 40 when I met Angela at the office. She made me feel okay and optimistic about the whole thing as well as gave me multiple options for treatment and getting my teeth/smile fixed. Dr Copeland and Laurie changed my life. They were so good at their job I wouldn't go to any other dentist ever again. If I move away from here I will fly back when it's time to go to the dentist. The vibe from the team is awesome. Colleen is an awesome scheduler and stays on top of your visits with you. I love you Dr Copeland!!!! You gave me my confidence back in a BIG way. Everyone needs to go here if they care about their dental hygiene. If there was 6 stars they'd get it.
One of the other reviewers said it perfectly. If I ever leave Georgia I'd fly here to get checked out. If you need cosmetic work done, talk to Angela and she'll put together a plan with Dr. Copeland or Dr. Jones and it'll be awesome. The entire staff from the front door on are incredibly professional.
A visit to the dentist became a positive experience. Dr. Hanna and the entire staff were professional and kind, making going to the dentist a wonderful experience. Thanks to them, I now have a great smile.

The purpose of writing this is for those that are considering Dr. Copeland as your next dentist. Even though I have always taken care of my teeth from braces with head gear for 2 ½ years, cleanings as recommended, I wasn’t blessed with good enamel. Needless to say, I’m no stranger to a dental office. I have had four dentists, two of which I saw retire, a nightmare third that persuaded me to let them perform cosmetic procedures. Little did I know, they didn’t have the required certifications, necessary skills and experience that I thought caused irreparable damage to my teeth, gums, bite and social well-being; then I found Dr. Copeland of Jones and Copeland smiles via an internet search. Dr. Copeland and her team are awesome! No, not a poster child here. Rather, going from having good teeth, to caps popping off, capped front teeth breaking off, three front teeth where the margins were not properly prepared for caps that caused decay underneath the caps etc, etc... We are not talking about a root canal and crown here! We are talking about six months of major reconstruction and restoration starting with correcting my bite, followed by bone and gum tissue graphs, rebuilding, prepping and replacing the 16 improperly capped four years earlier, as well as replacing a few others per my request so all that would match. I had good teeth and a decent smile before things started breaking off. I have great teeth and an incredible smile now:- There are no words I can ever write that can express my sincere gratitude to and respect of Dr. Copeland. She is the most highly skilled professional dentist I have ever met who is extremely compassionate and explanatory with her patients and staff during procedures; and goes above and beyond with her treatments and follow-up in providing quality care to ensure an an incredible patient experience! It is without hesitation to recommend Dr. Copeland to anyone so that they too can be blessed. Mark M
Over the last several months I have been working with Dr. Hannah and the staff to replace baby teeth with implants. Throughout every step of this journey, Dr. Hannah and the staff have been wonderful. Dr. Hannah actually called to do a wellness check after one of the major days of surgery. That personal touch goes a long way. I cannot say enough about how well they made sure I was informed, not in pain, or anxious during each procedure, and most of all well cared for. My new smile is beautiful and I’m so very thankful for this group and the way they care for you through the entire process, from working through the logistics of payment options to the actual end results! I wouldn’t choose any other dental group!
