Imperial Party Rentals did a fantastic job setting up for our wedding of 130 guests! It was a difficult venue on the sand at Venice Beach consisting of 19 tents, 13 round banquet tables with umbrellas, and 260 folding chairs for the tables and a ceremony area mid-beach. In the months leading up to the wedding, Maricela capably worked with me to specify and recommend the items necessary to achieve my vision for the event and was always positive when we made change after change. The set-up personal arrived on time Saturday morning, communicated well, and were flexible to set-up per the colored stakes marking the sand. When it was hotter than expected that morning they did not complain. Audrey jumped in to help out when need be. The pick-up at night was done thoroughly such that the sand was left in pristine condition complying with the County permit. I can't say enough how thankful I was to use Imperial. In previous years I have used larger multi-divisional rental companies for large events, but I will always us Imperial in the future due to their personalized care and exceptional performance

I recently rented some white folding chairs from this business and had a terrible experience. Not only were the chairs scratched but some of the seat cushions had holes in them. I called to complain that I was dissatisfied with the chairs the next business day and the sales woman Amy was very rude and inconsiderate. She had a condescending tone and did not once apologize for the inconvenience of the poor rental. I was upset about the chairs but the worst part was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I will never rent from this place again and I encourage all who do to inspect the rentals before purchasing!!

I rented the VIP lounge furniture as well as the bar and a few other items from Audrey for a private upscale event I was having for my grand opening on October 17th and they made the entire process so wonderful. Audrey was super helpful and attentive, answering my calls and emails and helping to make sure I had everything I needed for my event. She changed my invoice promptly when I added things, and was positive and easy to work with the entire time. On the day of my event, her men came exactly at 5:30 p.m. to set up, as I needed them to. They were quick, polite, and did a walk through with me for the set up and break down. They were honestly so good. I will 100% use Imperial Party Rentals for all of my rental needs moving forward. Audrey and her staff is great!
Table cloths were discolored, and spotted. White table cloths were actually off white or cream. Sent an email to them regarding this...they never responded.
I've used Imperial Party Rentals years ago and had a very pleasant experience. They were professional, friendly, on time and fast. I've recently placed another order and their customer service was top notch. Audrey returned my calls immediately, and offered party prep advice when I need it. Would highly recommend.
Superb Customer Service and Speedy response times!! My wife and I wanted a modest civil marriage just between us, however last minute we decided to share the moment with friends and family, so throwing a party was a must. However, with just two days before the wedding, we were worried about not being able to organize party rentals in time, until we called Imperial. Not only were the young lady's working there, Audrey and Betty, super considerate and helpful but they worked within our budget and helped us achieve a very memorable night. Super thankful and would recommend this company to anyone I encounter with the need of party rentals.

They made it super easy for me to budget my party and plan everything accordingly. Plus, I received the exact quote from them within few hours making my party selections. These people are pros! They have an actual location where you can go and view their furniture and products in person. They give you upfront pricing no hidden costs or fees and they are extremely easy to work with. This will be my second event that I've used them for. I'm extremely happy with their professionalism, their furniture looks great, and is comfortable to sit on. My guests were impressed with the outdoor lounge furniture and overall look I was able to pull together using their products for my last party. Perfect for special occasions if you want a classy look for indoors or outdoors.
