IN Self Storage

The facility is good for me, but for $189/mo. I should get an asphalt space with an easier back in location. My 5th wheel is 38 ft. Also the gravel roads are very bumpy and need to be regraded.

I love this place. The facility is clean. The manager is awesome.

My family has been using IN Self Storage for years and have never been disappointed. Yes there are storage units closer to home but it doesn't compare to the price and friendliness of the staff. Units are clean and they are accommodating to your needs. Nichole is very helpful.

This was the first time that I handled renting a storage space, so I was a little nervous. Crystal was warm, friendly and patient. The place is immaculate, she explained every step in detail AND I got a senior discount on top of everything. GREAT customer service, safe location, easy sign up, GREAT prices and space!

I had selected this place due to that it was conveniently located between my current home and the new place I am moving to. I was quite impressed on how clean the place was and how well it was maintained. The unit I rented seems to be perfect and I love the hours that I can access my stored items. I love to joke around and Crystal was right there joking right back. I felt 100% at easy and completely comfortable. Thank you very much.

I've been renting here for about a year and a half so I want to give a review based on my experience. GREAT. This past weekend I discovered my lock was rusted which made it difficult to enter my locker. I was given a replacement. No sweat. I do appreciate the service here. This place is clean and I get good customer service. They were so friendly and professional. I was surprised by free reservations, locks. That saves money and time

Crystal is awesome and is very good at her job, has handle all of my situation very well. Has explained all of the ins and outs of the property, Has always been very courtesy. Ray Is also very friendly and extremely helpful. I have been at this location since Dec 2015.

Crystal is superb with her customer service , always cheerful and aims to please. Great attitude. Always a pleasant experience. We rent 4 parking spaces and 3 storage units currently and is a absolute pleasure to do bussiness with. I most certainly recommend this bussiness, and feel very secure with our storage needs. Reasonable prices are a great bonus . Happy New Year from the PBS .

I love the way the rental costs are so transparent - there is really nothing "hidden" AND you get a free lock along with insurance. The front office staff Rae walked us through the paperwork in ten minutes and we were good to go. Every time I've been there, it's been extremely clean and quiet.

I do not feel this location deserves a 5 star review. We were told when we signed up that we would have a discounted rate of 50% off until we left. We needed storage until November. Then we were told by the house builders building our house it would be finished in September so we changed our storage finish date to September. Now we are told the house is pushed back till end of November early December. We have been getting the discounted rate of 50% off but now since we had to go back to the original date of keeping the storage unit we are told we cannot receive that now and will have to pay full price. I’m very unsatisfied with this due to the fact that we were told that we would have the 50% discount until November when we initially took the unit. Now it is changing. Had I known this I would have used a different company from the start. I will be looking to move my storage and won’t be recommending this place. A reputable business should NEVER go back on their word. Thank you for your time. Mr & Mrs People’s.
