We currently have an air conditioned inside unit. The service has been great, if bugs are present we left the front staff know and I not had any problems since then.
Jason was extremely helpful in locating and getting me the proper storage unit for my needs. Good customer service is hard to find these days, thanks Jason!
Needed storage for 2 months where I had frequent visits to drop off loads over the course of the 2 months. Units were very clean and felt safe. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stopping contract was also quick and easy. Contract was month to month and as long as you gave notice by end of the month, you don’t get charged for next. My only complaint is they only have 1 push cart and they will sometimes leave the office locked while they are working on site so you have to call and wait for someone to come so you can get the cart. Once I went and they didn’t provide a number on the door so I couldn’t get to the cart at all. With an inside unit, that would have meant having to walk boxes individually the equivalent of probably 2 blocks. Luckily, someone was working near my unit and brought me the cart.
The only thing I have a problem with is the price is a little high now, but when we moved in they were having a pretty good sale and we ended up having 15%off for three months and I have a large storage unit and a small unit, I wish that sale lasted longer, overall they were cheaper than the other places. Anyways I was late this month really late and I was having a hard time with the payment and they were really understanding and they worked with me until I was able to pay it. I was able to contact them through text which was great for me because I get embarrassed if I can’t pay my bill, and I have a hard time talking on the phone. So that was awesome thanks for doing that. I wanted to thank you for being understanding and patience with me. Keep up the good work
Been here for five years. Two of those years I had 2 storage units. Post pandemic I was 12 days late and they placed a lock on my unit. I asked to speak with the owner.Instead, they gave me a supervisor who told me the lock would be placed on the morning of the 12th. Didn't work with me or consider the amount of money I had spent over the years. Typical California Greed. Never again.
Some staff is lovely, some aren't so much. EVERYTHING in our storage unit was covered in mold, dead bugs, etc. Raised prices, our 5x10 cost 135 a month by the time we left. Just not the best bet for storage in your area unless you want to pay for small, overpriced units.
The friendly staff here was a significant deciding factor - the pricing was another. Patrick was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. You can tell they are committed to great service here. So glad I was able to come in and speak to someone- it helped my family and I get exactly what we needed.
Had our things there for about 2 years. Friendly staff and easy paperwork. Had one increase only $10.00. Online payments. Clean.
Trojan storage on Elk Grove is by far one of the best storages in all of California especially this one. I had been renting a unit for about 6 months I believe, and I had personal belongings that were in my unit and I felt absolutely safe. There is an employee there who I called Mr P. He is phenomenal and very respectful. He is a very good man and provided greattt Customer service..
Everyone in the office has been very helpful. Access in and out is easy. Great location in Elk Grove. Love the indoor storage and automatic opening doors into it. Tried on a special and will be back if need storage again.
