Incredible Pets

Answered all our questions, extremely in-depth. Very impressive!!! Took phone number for discount --no problem. Lots of staff on the floor offering to help. If you have an incredible pet of course you do!, don't treat 'em to second best....

Did a self serve dog wash. For 15$ great for less clean up at home and better facility then my bathtub and my blow dryer... it was nice to not have the clean up or distractions at home.

They have everything you need. We needed a place to wash our dogs. They offer you everything you need for $15 so you can professionally wash your dog.

With their assistance I got what I needed for my male cat. Very helpful customer service. I will be going back for their friendliness and assistance.

We washed our dog here for the first time and it was a great experience! Everything went so smoothly; they supplied towels, shampoo, conditioner, and even a heated blow dryer John was awesome, he showed us around and was super helpful! We'll definitely be back

I highly recommend this pet store. The staff are very friendly, know their products and the young man Talon is a knowledgeable zoologist who knows about most animals, especially pets. The location makes it a bit hard to see from hwy 49, but a bigger brighter sign I think would be a big help for the Business.

I have had a rough few weeks getting my new fish tank up and running. The staff have been so kind and Knowledgeable. Also, they have taken the time to explain and teach me what I need to know and they've been happy to do so. I really appreciate their help.

decent selection of dog and cat supplies. minimal aquarium supplies. the live fish section is very depressing. filthy tanks. mislabeling of tanks. lots of dead fish. a large tank of mostly small sharks and there were at least 6 dead and floating in the corner. I'm seeing similar reviews from 5 years ago so i guess the community has decided that this is ok. very sad.
