The people at Auburn Vetco were absolutely amazing I had to put my sweet little Bobo kitty down and he was only 10 months old . I had him cremated and when I pick him up I found a card inside that the staff signed and wrote a little note It made me cry but it was so sweet and actually what I needed Thank you all so very much
The Auburn Vetco has consistently had excellent service in every way. They always have gotten my pet seen on the same day and provided excellent care and customer service. The staff are caring. The wait time is always very short to non existent. This last time, they let me drop off my kitty even though they were booked solid, because she needed immediate care. I’m very impressed and satisfied and would highly recommend Auburn Vetco for all your pets needs
Wonderful vet clinic!!! Amazing staff and great doctors. Everyone is so sweet with my animals. I love that I get an estimate before any procedures are done to my animals. Thank you for being so amazing. Definitely recommend Vetco Total Care for anyone looking for a great vet clinic in auburn.
The whole staff made the whole experience amazing. Gave great care to my dog and gave me great knowledge on how to care for my dog and broke down everything that my dog had and will need in the future. Super friendly and welcoming staff and Dr., they also gave me estimates and offered any adjustments to the estimates if I need it to work with any budget they said. Will recommend to go in this is my dog new vet hospital for now on.

I love our new vet and her assistant grace. We appreciate the ladies being so nice and helpful at the front desk. Most of all the care and kindness we get as soon as we call in the phone for appt. They help not only my pets but help this pet parent not to worry so much about my " fur babies" knowing they are in great hands. Thank you for everything!! I'm so thankful for everyone. We brought our cat Pip in to have a wound checked. The medical staff was so good with him. They were able to get the poor scared boy so comfortable on the exam table that he even rolled to his back so they could pet his stomach. He normally runs and hides from strangers. We were so impressed with the Doctor and the medical assistant. Amazing experience!!!
I'm not going to lie, I was very skeptical about taking my dog to a petco veterinarian based on the experiences others have had with petsmart vets. My experience with Vetco in Auburn far exceeded my expectations. I was highly impressed by the knowledge and charismatic staff I encountered at my dog's visit. My dog was having a severe reaction on her skin and after discussion with Dr. Jones and her tech Hayley I was given reassurance and a treatment plan explained in great detail. I live near Sacramento, so the distance is a bit of a hassle, but I will most certainly be continuing my dog's care through Dr. Jones and highly recommend this group to anyone seeking veterinary care.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of our dog.
