Description

Classic American cuisine with a focus on scratch made edibles. We bake our biscuits, breads and buns fresh every day. Fresh, local ground beef - never frozen, make our burgers the best around. Let's talk about sides - hand battered onion rings, hand made tater tots and fresh cut fries are served with scratch made sauces: fry sauce, aioli, ranch and bbq are all made in house. Thirsty? We have a full bar. Patio seating available (weather permitting) and banquet space available for up to 30 people.

First time eating here, and I have to say I'm so beyond disappointed. I order $60 worth of food, and it's all disgusting, burnt, and cold. I ordered a chase club, got the ends of the loaf of bread , hard stale bread, and cold, hard bacon. I asked to add avocado but got guacamole instead. Also ordered a Irishman burger, a regular hamburger, and a French dip all of it was burnt, had old cold meat, and you could taste all of the food burnt to the grill from what I would hope is just from today. When I called to figure something out, all I was told was that the manager wasn't available and they don't know when they will, maybe Monday. Now I work at a restaurant and when someone complains about their food, I don't need a manager to help them myself. I figure it out and get it taken care of... I don't think I'll ever try to eat here again.
Great vibe, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of relaxed regulars. The owner makes really delicious food. I had the crispy chicken wrap. Was honestly perfect plus a couple drinks and your night is a blissfully good nightFood: 5/5
The Chase Bar & Grill in Independence was a fantastic experience. This place has everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant evening. They have indoor tables and a outdoor patio with a cozy gas fireplace, where smoking is allowed. Everything on the menu is delicious, but they are know for there juicy burgers. Bartender's are Josh & Zach, both are amazing & take pride in their work. Masks required, limited parking, cash and plastic accepted.
Prayers for Joe! The food looks good. The people seem nice enough. Communication is less than ideal. Out of the 18 years I've lived here, I've been in the establishment 3 days. Job offer to what it ended up being was the complete opposite.
Wasnt too busy. Got greeted with smiles instantly. Our order was decently priced but absolutely well worth it. Was exactly what I needed.Food: 5/5
My Reuben sandwich review from Chase Bar & Grill in Independence.. I rate this 7 The pastrami was grilled bring out more flavor in the meat, there was the right amount of Swiss cheese when you take a bite and it strings, there wasn't to much 1000 island dressing which usually makes it a messy sandwich to eat, the marbled rye bread was litly toasted on the grill and not to greasy. Now, the reason why it rates only a 7 is the saurkraut. For me, the kraut is what makes or breaks a Reuben sandwich. The kraut was just that, no special care in given to one of the most important thing about a Reuben. I would recommend this place and sandwich but sadly it only a special and not on the regular menu. I also rate the place a 7..
Pro: Good food with big servings. Could use more variety with fresh veggies and there's no desserts. Also the outside seating is very smokey as it's also their bar smoking section. Wheelchair accessibility: Is acceptable to wheelchairs
Excellent food. Worth the wait. This is not a fast food joint and the difference is delicious. Nice environment. Parking: A bit limited.
It was good, good drinks, attentive bar staff, mellow location. Just had a couple beers but know their food is very good.
I chose the chicken strip basket. Description says overly sized chicken strips & they don't lie. Gigantic chicken strips with amazing flavor! Fries are handcut & not heavy on the salt, which made them tasty!
