Independence Laundry

Personnel is nice and helpful. Dryer though are kind of filthy with gunk stuck at the rim of the door. I think there are never cleaned. Get busy on weekends. Still cannot perceive the fact that here in America people wash their clothes with other’s people clothes on the same washing machine. Also there is no logic that clothes will be washed in 10-15 minutes. This is nonsense. In Europe the clothes are washed for an hour. I guess American life has shortened the laundry time to save time even here. Unbelievable. Laundry mats suck in general. I do not want to wash my clothes where drug addicts or whatever people wash their clothes on. This is nonsense.

Extremely helpful and polite when I went in there to clean my duvet. Place is clean and well managed. Will definitely be back

Came here with two loads of wet laundry because the dryer in my apartment broke. After an hour in the dryer my clothes were still wet and cold. The person working there tried to blame it on me, saying I should have made sure the dryer was working……..it’s a laundromat, isn’t that your job? Then they had me split my laundry into three loads, after 30+ minutes my clothes are still wet. Don’t come here if you need to actually do laundry in a timely manner.

I washing every Saturday morning and worker for the laundry use 8 dryer is not fair people runs for dryer

Absolutely love this place. The owner Mike was so friendly and helpful and even carried my laundry out to my car for me. I brought an alarming amount of laundry to the wash & fold service and it was done in a couple of hours. The girls who work here are so nice and welcoming I will definitely be back! You all are the best :-

Not like the laundromats remember as a kid...nice environment and attendants there ready to help. As someone who stopped in to do laundry from out of town, I felt safe, comfortable, and was able to get in and out in pretty quickly since all of the equipment worked very well.

We've been using their wash/dry fold service for years and have never been dissapointed. They do a great job, very timely and the employees are friendly and personable. The pricing is fair and your clothes come back clean and perfectly folded ready to be put away. They offer extras like color guard, seperate order, softener etc. Highly reccomend!

Place is correct. Laundry and dryer are a little bit expensive. However clothes end fine clean and great. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but there is one in particular very unfriendly and not good treatment to Customers. So it’s a good option if you don’t care about Monday and if you have luck avoiding that particular staff

Clean and friendly owner and most importantly lots of sizes to choose from and all the equipments are working.

Excellent experience! We were travelling from Florida to Massachusetts and back and stopped here to do laundry. The owner I believe helped us choose the appropriate machines, helped us with change, and just was a very nice person and we enjoyed working and talking with him. Don't hesitate to come to Independence Laundry - you will be pleased you did!
