I and other customers just witnessed an employee treat an elderly gentleman with the utmost disrespect! It was horrible! and when I tried to stand up for the man she was extremely rude, disrespectful to me. She literally berated him over the size of a blanket. I will never return! Although, I will say that the facilities are very good and you can use either a card or coins. But the associate working made EVERYONE extremely uncomfortable. I took my comforter out of the dryer, still wet and left.
Pretty good. Clean. Service is good. There's this one red headed girl that works there And she's really awesome!!!! She's super pretty, nice, and really helpful..... I love her too
Such an excellent experience at the purity laundromat!! It is extremely clean and well-cared-for. The machines work wonderfully. Joyce was working the night I came and she is a very friendly and kind person. I saw someone be very rude to her and she handled it calmly and with kindness. She is also a very hard worker!

My 1st time at this establishment and I am beyond thrilled to have discovered it! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed! An attendant greeted me and explained the various sized machines capacity and cost. They offer debit/credit card readers on all washers and dryers in addition to accepting quarters with a change machine on-site. It is small, yet impeccably clean and tidy.

The machines are not well maintained. It gets hot as hell in the place, and the dryers are always broken. Also the more dryers in use, the longer it will take your clothes to dry. So it costs you more. No parking either.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had about non-clothes items I wanted to wash, and even offered to weigh everything to recommend the best sized washer for each job. The machines are all in great condition, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The only thing missing is a big comfy couch! Definitely worth the trip from Barrington, even though there is literally another laundromat behind my apartment.
The staff are friendly , curtious and helpful. The Laundromat is always clean the washers and dryers work well and depending on how large your loads of laundry are they have a verity of different size washers. For a small Laundromat it is great, I have been to another Laundromat in town the staff was very rude rushing us out complaining while we were there and the dryers didn't dry the clothes as well.
I've been to this laundry mat several times, and I think this is a great little place. The machines and bathroom are kept clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee and magazines also. The dryers don't take too long to dry my clothes, unlike most laundry mats that keep their dryers on the lowest heat. You can also leave your clothes to be cleaned for full-service. The prices are reasonable too.
