Service was efficient, perhaps a bit terse at times but I’m willing to let that slide, as closing time was approaching. Ambiance was about as expected. I thought the complimentary appetizer, Indian crisps with 2 chutneys, was lovely. My Panir Masala was colorful, complex and wonderfully spiced; the medium choices are mild, medium, hot, and Indian hot heat level was plenty for me. The garlic naan was great - bubbly, chewy and liberally seasoned. Vegetarian options: Plentiful and of high quality

Still best Indian food in BG. Haven't had the buffet in a while but good for dine in or take out. Service is always good and staff that works there is great. Far and above the best Indian food restaurant in Bowling Green. Food is always good and the staff are very friendly and attentive, even for take away. Wait times for carryout can get lengthy on busy times so call and plan ahead. Lunch buffet has good assortment of delights both veggie and meat dishes and some things you cannot get other times. Give them a try!

Food is very delicious & freshly cooked. Their lamb & chicken korma is so good. Highly recommended. If you visit Bowling green you have to try India oven. Excellent customer service!

So they did away with their fantastic lunch buffet, so it means that you will have leftovers. Different breads favorites include garlic naan and their mozzarella naan. Fantastic service. This is my wife's favorite lunch place her favorite entree is anything curry, and she LOVES the carrot pudding dessert. Makes me hungry just writing this.

Chicken Tikka mild was delicious. My husband had lamb marsala mild. He loved it. We also had veg samosas, garlic naan, wonderful basmati long grain rice and complementary crispy sesame bread with mango chutney. There was also some green mildly spiced dip. I had enough food left for another meal. When people order spicy hot sizzling meals, the guests in the vicinity cough but it's all part of the ambiance. We loved it and will go back. Very reasonable price and better than excellent service. Who would expect such a gem in the middle of brand name dining, America! Vegetarian options: It's Indian food.

This is a nice place for Indian food. I was mainly going here because I read the reviews about it having a buffet when I got there I haven't seen a buffet I don't even know if they do the buffet anymore when I asked the person I spoke with didn't have a clue he might be new. But I'm not sure if the covid has anything to do with it or not but as far as being preventive and clean for anything with covid I really didn't see anything that they were doing to prevent those measures. So why not have the buffet back. All in all the food was nice healthy and feeling. The atmosphere was kind of dull I did like the big screen TV he had on that gave a perfect viewing of travel which was really nice but other than that the atmosphere of it didn't really speak out to say Indian country Indian style. From the silent traveler to all of you be safe be positive be real.

Amazing every single time! I have been to countless Indian restaurants in over 30 states. And this is in my top 2. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is ALWAYS great and the experience is always consistent when it comes to food and service. Pro tip. Get your meal, and then another curry to-go. Because you definitely will want more!

This is the best restaurant in town! Everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing, no matter what I get I always enjoy it. I even have to fight my cat for it when I bring it home!

I came her with my friends and our server was incredibly rude about a mistake that HE made. He accidentally brought the wrong food out for my friend and I. Our table tried to ask for the correct food, but he argued with us. It was one person’s memory against six other people’s and he still had the nerve to accuse all of us of either lying or remembering incorrectly. Most of us were people of color and I see that some reviews mention racism, but I honestly don’t know. Just be wary… Either way it was bad service. They also never brought out the correct food. The server would not let up and wouldn’t correct his mistake. The restaurant also brought out the checks super fast as a way of telling us to get out. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. It was really pitiful on Indian Oven’s part.

We drive almost an hour to Bowling Green just to eat India Oven. We don't do that for many restaurants lol. Delicious food, very reasonable prices, great date-night atmosphere. We haven't tried the lunch buffet yet but it's definitely on our list to try!
