Haven’t been to O’Charley’s in some time last time we went it wasn’t great. I got a gift card from work so we figured why not try again. The food was okay but it’s changed a lot. My husband use to love getting the loaded potato soup but hasn’t gotten since it’s recipe changed . He ordered the burger with chicken tenders and friesFood: 1/5
Waitress warned us when we arrived they were backed up in the kitchen and it might be a long wait. I thought she did an excellent job, the food came out in a timely manner and it tasted great. We had the blackened salmon dinner and the battered shrimp dinner. My only complaints would be the potatoes in our loaded potato soup - a little under cooked and a lot lacking in my bowl I only had 3 small pieces and I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom. Overall we had a good time, good food and a great waitress. Thank you for a nice dinner after a long day of traveling.
We always have great service and excellent food here. Usually not a long wait to be seated. We tried the new Meatball Crostini appetizer and it was very good. Would definitely order again. I had the baby back ribs and buttermilk fried shrimp. The ribs are always fall off the bone perfect. There was a 30 minute wait for baked potatoes so I ordered loaded smashed potatoes instead and was very pleased.
Food was good and the service was great. If you don't like salt please let them know in advance. They are heavy salters. Would have been more enjoyable if it wasn't for the parents who bring their small kids and don't pay them any attention. There was about five kids that screamed at the top of their lungs for the whole hour we was there. Our server even have problems hearing us when taking our order.
I only get the opportunity to eat here on family visits and I'm never disappointed, got the rib combo with chicken, fries and fresh corn and it was delicious. Always a delight to eat here, The server was nice and kept an eye out whenever she walked by which I always appreciate.Food: 5/5
The waiter was very personable and made sure we were taken care of. When he knew there was an issue he corrected it as quickly and efficiently as possible. The food and drinks were great. The rolls were so warm and melt in your mouth. The asparagus is grilled to perfection. The steak was juicy and tender. Cobbler and Cheesecake were divine. I have not been here in so long this experience was worth it.
Great service and server nice atmosphere plenty of tvs for watching what ever sport is playing and different ones on different tvs. Only complaint I have is that there we’re screaming kids and really killed my good mood for our night out at a nice restaurant just wanted a nice relaxing evening but after about 20 minutes it stopped so just a thought if bringing children please keep them under control not running around hollering especially in the bar area. I always kept my kids nice and polite while at any public place. Just taught them all manors and respect for others.
The atmosphere was okay. The waiter was standing around playing on his phone and we had to get up to go get him to get his attention. I asked for a medium cooked steak and I received a grey colored steak that was blue rare. It was cold in the middle and had blood pooled on top of it. My daughter got loaded potato soup. The cheese wasn't melted and the onions weren't cooked at all. It was probably the worst meal I've ever paid for, and it wasn't cheap. Never again.
Posted hours said closing at 10pm. I called at 9pm to order a slice of pie to go. Stayed on hold for 28 MINUTES as my husband was driving, until we got there at 9:28. CLOSED. No change in hours posted on the door, doors locked, employees inside totally ignored me. No wonder O'Charley's as a chain is going under.Service: 1/5
My friend and I were seated near the bar. The food was fine, until we watched the bartender open individual packets of half and half with her teeth. If they are doing that in front of customers, what are they doing where we can't see?Food: 1/5
