Owned by the Indian Peaks Band of Paiutes, we bring you to a great climate that experiences all four seasons. Our amenities are all included with the flat rate price.* These include Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and sewer.
We have individual showers, large bathrooms that are cleaned regularly and great people who are here to assist you.

RV Pull-Thru/Back-in $25 per night/ $140 per week
Tent-sites/Pull-in Tent $20 per night/ $100 per week

Restriction are explained as
1. RV's with more than 6 (six) individuals will be charged $12 per person per . night
2. RV's with pets that exceed the 6 (six) total occupancy will be charged $8 per pet per Night
3. The rates will be prorated per person who is on extended stay.
4. Pets are required to have up-to-date shots and vaccines and proper paperwork must be provided upon check-in
5. Pets are required to be leashed at all times when outside of units.
6. It is the responsibility of the camper to immediately clean any waste from any animals under their guidance.
7. Park Rules are Posted and Handed out to all Tenants.
