My first experience with Indochino was so amazing. I am a transgender person, and was looking for a fitted suit that made me feel euphoric, from a company that was inclusive, and it was recommended to try them. My experience was top notch. Everyone was lovely and so kind and supportive. I told them it was my first custom suit and how euphoric I felt and my tailor let me take photos during the process, I felt very seen. My suit fit like a glove the first time and my event went so well, I got SO many compliments on the entire look. I am excited to work with this company more as my suit needs increase with my public speaking work. Thank you again for all you do!
We have an upcoming family wedding and our son came here for a new suit. I worked with Mitch and my wife was with another customer service agent. It was a great experience, with all of the personal attention to details. My wife can rarely find a quality business 'suit' that fits her, especially with pants that are long enough. We can't wait to try on our new clothes! One piece of advice: make an appointment, they cannot take the necessary time with a walk-in. But, if you happen to walk by, drop in and check out the sample fabrics, someone will give you a bit of advice on how to view their web site to make the fitting and selection process go smoother.
I can't give enough credit to Jasmine. She has been by far the best and easiest to work with at Indochino. She modified my measurements for my 5th Indochino suit for my wedding and the suit fits PERFECTLY. Her customer service is a 5/5, see my notes below on why I removed two stars. For my first suit, Ben took my measurements and my suit was a little tight once I received it 2 weeks later. After some in-house alteration, the pants and jacket fit much better. Which brings me to the negatives: the manager and some of the staff can be pushy or dishonest. I usually dread going into the showroom to view and feel fabrics because some of the staff are pushing to get me to purchase a suit. The manager did my Final Look appointment for my first suit and told me the vest could be taken out a bit but the length was good. The vest doesn't even cover my belt see the photo and shows my dress shirt, but I didn't know better and trusted it even though it was tight and short. When I got re-measured on the following suit, I was sized up two vest template sizes. My first suit still fit, so I didn't gain weight in-between. At that point, I asked about a remake for my first vest but was told they no longer make that suit fabric. So now I am out a $99 vest that matched my suit. All in all, I am not sure whether I will purchase another Indochino suit. If I do, I will make sure to work with Jasmine!
I had an excellent experience at Indochino shopping for a suit for my wedding. Mitch was very knowledgeable and helpful as my fiancee and I looked at our options and helped guide us to a decision. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process of shopping, purchasing and trying on the new suit. Mitch also helped me pick out a pocket square for our big day. If you're in Seattle and looking for a new suit for any occasion, you can do no better than Indochino. Their customer service and knowledge are a cut above the rest.
The measuring "guru" was top notch! Knew his stuff and made the experience that much more enjoyable. I Didn't know there were so many options to customize suits but didn't feel overwhelmed by the selection. Highly recommend the journey! Won't be my last
Benjamin at Indochino Seattle was extremely helpful and took special care with attention to detail. This was my first time purchasing a custom fitted suit so I was was not aware of what all that entailed. However, Benjamin took the time to explain and show me all options. I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall the experience was 10/10.
Just had a great first time suit fitting at Indochino with Meaghan! They helped me and my best friend who is getting married this Fall for our custom suits! Both of us didn't realize how complex the whole process was going to be, but we learned a ton and had fun while picking out all the individual custom details. Meaghan was so patient, helpful and so dang pleasant, they knew what they needed to do and gave us some real insight on how custom garments fit for different bodied people plus whether or not we wanted a feminine look or a more gender neutral look. It was great and we left feeling so pumped and excited to get our suits in several weeks! Thank YOU Meaghan and the team in Seattle!
Mitch from the Seattle Indochino store was amazing. If you want a suit that is custom made for you a very competitive prices, come here. Mitch made the experience something fantastic, able to provide advice on style as well as the fit. Additionally, if you buy the suit and it needs a little bit of adjustment, they really will take care of you. 5/5 best shopping experience I can think of. Also side note, Mitch has such a knack working with customers, the store was busy and somehow he kept everything moving. Very impressive.
I ordered a custom suit for a wedding at the downtown Seattle branch. It was a wonderful experience. I was measured, fitted, and received helpful advice about colors and styles. The entire process took less than an hour. The suit arrived approximately 4 weeks later. It was a perfect fit and looks great.
Can't recommend this store enough. Went for a suit for a friend's wedding, liked the custom fit and end result so much, went back for two more! Amazing service, quick turnaround, so many styles to choose from.
