The roof of my unit is leaking and there has been serious damage. We were told the roof leak is not their fault and refused us any kind of compensation or remedy. Completely insane  In regards to response we have tried to call several times and no one answers and messages are unreturned. If no one answers the phone or returns the calls how am I supposed to talk to the property manager?

Says open 24 hours when they are not. I set up a rental at the kiosk and the gate code doesn’t work. When you call and leave a message for the location manager they don’t call back and only after 8am can you get ahold of a live person at a call center but they couldn’t fix the gate code and the manager for the property come in till 9 am. The “free first month” cost me $136.45.  Would have been better off waiting for the office of other storage facilities to open and renting there where the actually have 24 hour access. This place is a scam.  Now 10:30 am. Have called eight time left two voicemails no one has called me back to fix the gate code.

Do not rent here. Gate was broken for 6-8 months allowing full public access 24/7. My unit was broken into and items stolen. I paid for their protection plan/policy and 90 days after submitting all necessary paperwork police report, receipts, quotes, they only want to pay a portion. Mike Laubacher is the Regional Manager and has been no help. Google Kittle Properties if you want to see more reviews, this company has a rating of less than 2 on Google. Stay away and rent somewhere else.

Honestly,  I used to sing this facility's praises. Even referred people to store their stuff here!!! The main "security" gate was broken and stuck in the up position for over 6 months. I let Angel know and she acknowledged my concern.  Fast forward to about 3 months ago, we went to our unit and discovered that the lock had been cut. The people rummaged through and thankfully, we had nothing of great value that they wanted.  I was able to speak to Angel in person when we discovered this issue with the lock. She gave us a new lock but, didn't really offer any solutions. Other than,  she's one person and can't be there 24/7.  She also told me she hadn't done her monthly walk through yet, this was on January 3rd, 2022.  Now, the main gate has been repaired BUT, the side walk through is off the hinges and you or thieves can just walk in.  I have emailed, sent a contact submission through the website as well as called and left a voicemail today without any acknowledgement.  As another review stated, they keep raising the rent steadily.... all while decreasing the quality.  It's pretty frustrating.  The facility also looks pretty junky.  Will be in the market for a different facility here shortly.  Edit: The below response from the facility is a joke. Did you even read the review?! I have tried to contact the property manager! She will not return any mode of communication that I've tried.... we will be finding a new storage facility.

Disappointing. We signed up for a garage to store majority of our household items for a little over a year as we lived in an apartment while looking for a house. During that year, the gate was open all day and the office was unresponsive. I sent notice that we would be vacating over 30 days in advance via email and called to follow-up. No email reply and no confirmation of my call. I removed my CC from automatic payment and let the office know again. Still no reply. Two days before vacating, I received a notice for the next month which I called and emailed about. Still no reply. Within a week, I received calls from a machine about the past due invoice and when I called to speak to someone, I was forwarded to a voicemail. There is no one manning the emails or phone to get messages through. A HUGE problem when you have an issue or need to get a hold of someone. Disappointing is putting is kindly.  AND I called the phone number the manager listed on their reply...which went to an automated prompt system to leave a voicemail.

I stopped in today and the new property manager Yvette was able to help me update my account, Thank You

Adding a new review to let all potential new renters that this facility is no longer 24/7 access yet, they still advertise that they are. Just tried to access my unit at 10:10 pm and the gate told me "sorry area is closed" ... will be taking my business to the storage unit the previous reviewer mentioned!

The worst! DO NOT use this storage location! I rented the unit on a Sunday, the code wouldn't work so the lady at the call center gave me a temporary code for the one time use and told me the manager would call with a permanent code. No one called, I have called every day for almost two weeks and still no one has called. I have no access to my unit or the items I did mange to get in the unit using the one time emergency code. I've begged for help and get nothing. It seems I'm expected to keep paying just to prevent them from taking my stuff; feels like a scam. It does not even deserve one star.

We've rented a large unit for about 2.5 years.  The outside facility is clean and as you'd expect, and we've had no complaints with regards to the physical premises/location other than the entrance gate - it seems to be broken and stuck in an up position about every other week.  My only true complaint and purpose of the review is this - while my unit's introductory rate was competitive upon "move-in", it was increased roughly 10% after the first 6 months and roughly 10% again after every 12 months thereafter.  After this last rate increase, I've had it.  The unit is now nearly $100 more per month than original.  Will be using this last increase as motivation to down-size and change facilities.

Through the years I’ve needed to use storage 4 times. I must say my experience with Infinite Self Storage was by far the best! Not only was the facility clean and managed well but the customer service was outstanding. A woman named Angel Hamlin I believe, was not only pleasant she was also knowledgeable and very helpful. I did my last move by myself and she was a great help. I would definitely use this storage company again!
