I was there to help my pregnant daughter with my 18month old grandson for an appointment and was stopped at the door. The receptionist behind the desk said only one parent, so I said I'll just wait in the very large, empty waiting room. She said ""No, you will have to wait outside. Temperature 35°! She then looked back down from behind her desk as she did not want to make eye contact with me. She was not kind or polite to me . Simply she could have said "Sorry but we only allow one parent at this time, and unfortunately our waiting room has to be closed. So sorry." Then they told my daughter that the nurses could hold him down for shots. Unbelievable!!! Response to Dr. Ahn: I would like to add that my daughter was extremely happy with the doctor. She appreciated the kindness and felt connected. I told her that is most important! I just felt your office staff could have addressed me differently as I was not rude but they were short and rude the way they spoke to me. As a retired educator, I would never speak to parents that way. The office leaves the first impression. Thank you for your response.

I had a First come to them because I just moved to the High Desert and The 1st Dr I chose For my children ‍ Didn't Expect Premie babies and of course I have 4, So I put my 4 babies here ages 1, 4 , and 5 yo Twins . We went to our 1st appointment, yes it was a bit of a wait because we got there 45 minutes early. But myself and my husband Fell in love with this office and the doctor. The doctor Listens VERY well and she has done Referrals for my special needs child and it was fast. The follow up to ensure everything is going good. Since then I have placed all 9 of my children here. My Lil ones are always waiting and excited about going to the doctor. I used to hate taking my babies to the doctor for shots but my babies are happy here and I no longer have the fears as a parent with immunizations . I definitely recommend this doctor. Also We have IEHP but I don't feel like we selected a dump of a doctor or doctor's office for our children . It's clean and has a calm atmosphere! The nurses are sweet and attentive as well... We love this Practice

I came her to give my friend and her daughter a ride........I brought my 5yr old with me it's about 100 degrees outside and I have no air condition in my car.....asked if we could sit and wait in the waiting room and the receptionist said no even after I explained the situation......was really rude and when I asked to speak to someone else literally didn't let me .......I'm new to the area and my daughter needs a new doctor- I definitely won't be bringing her here............that rude office assistant showed me that they do not care about children. I will also discourage all my mom friends from bringing their children here as well. The woman with the burgundy scrubs shouldn't be working at a pediatric office.

Don't bring your kids here, some staff here are rude. And for being a pediatrics.. I was hoping for more patience and gentleness. Instead of traumatizing kids when they get there shots. I would have to say the doctors are the only good thing about this place super nice and kind and playful. And I wish the was the case with staff members.

The attending Dr. was always very nice unfortunately I don't remember her name. The receptionist were incredibly helpful with providing information we needed.

I've been coming here for the last 8 years and usually have a great experience, especially with Nurse Battle she is the best! I give 2 stars because for me, customer service is above all. I can deal with the long wait times because atleast I know my children will recieve the same attentiveness. What I can not deal with, especially when driving an hour to come here, is Paulinas attitude at the front desk. There have been numerous occasions where she mumbles under her breath about me or my children and it's just unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should find somewhere else to work where she does not have to deal with the public face to face. It's just unacceptable, and as someone who also works in the Healthcare field, there's many times where we just have to keep our opinions to ourselves. If it wasn't for the rest of the awesome staff she would be the reason I give this place 0 stars.

BEST pediatrician EVER He has seen my kids since they were born and the oldest is already 16 we have not ever had an issue and he is very attentive and so is stuff very kind I highly recommend him Castro Family

I've been taking my son here for about 6 years ,they are very good to him! every one is so nice here...Dr Ahn has very good bed side manners

No customer service at all this females are rude the act like they doing you a favor that position it just not for them remove them from the front desk or you guys are going to lose werever clients you guys have left they said their names were paulina an liz ......im looking for management phone number so i can let them know how unconfortable they made us feel they just lost 3 clients i would never take my babies back to that clinic

have been taken my kids there never see the  doctor only nurses  and now that I call for medecine the receptionist told me that they don't  have a nurse that can advise me and that she can not see me I have a real bad experience with the front desk she has been ruth and very unkind. The only good is that I decided to look for a real Doctor and not a clinic that is like Mike clinic real bad experience
