We stopped in on our road trip. They were very polite. The room smelled strong of chemicals and the a/c didn’t cool stayed at 74, even when put on 68 were my only two complaints. The beds were clean and cozy. They were family and pet friendly. We would probably have asked for a different room if we stayed another night. Parking was sufficient for pulling a uhaul trailer! The area was peaceful and quiet. There pricing was a little more expensive than our other two stops, but not terrible. If we had to, we would stay here again.
5 stars because of the shower. The rest of the place is great too. The lady at the desk greeted me with a warm smile at 23:30 when we arrived, got us checked in quickly and sent us to our room. The bed is comfy though a little on the form side, and the room is neat as a pin. In-room coffee is available. I would stay here again, if only for the shower, and enjoy the rest of the experience to go with it. Great place for a stopover.
Nice place but it's dated. And breakfast was pretty lame. Well kept, was quiet and clean. Everything worked. Friendly staff. Walk to BBQ across the street. Good place to stay motorcycle traveling. Leave the Moab scene behind and ride the extra bit south. Would stay again.Rooms: 4/5
Great service. They were so nice. Nice rooms. Great pool area. We just pulled in while traveling and they were very welcoming. Would stay here again if in that area.Rooms: 5/5
Very clean and safe. The breakfast was amazing!!! Waffles, pancakes, eggs, yogurt, muffins, fruit, toast, cereal, oatmeal, etc. It was chilly outside but our room heat up quick and stayed a lovely temperature for us all night. You know you’re in a great hotel when you don’t need to think or worry about anything, you just enjoy your stay and keep on to your vacation.
Clean. Big rooms. Wonderful front desk. Gorgeous indoor pool. I’m looking forward to breakfast. If it’s good I’m going to change my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars! They have a great little snacks and drinks selection. They have good suggestions for things to see and directions.
My car broke as I was driving up the hill leading into town. The receptionist, Karry if I recall her name correctly, went above and beyond to help me, my wife and two dogs to get everything we needed while we had our car fixed Fixed at Dependable Auto Repair within hours on the next day. I had no business in Monticello but my stay was made pleasant because of the good people working at the Inn. 10/10.
Left the hotel this morning and was very impressed with it!!! Very clean, looks like it was recently renewed. Good breakfast still need some hot protein. Big rooms.
Gave away our reservation made 5 months before our arrival. Downgraded from a King to 2 x Queen beds without any blink of an eye to make it right. Although "newly renovated" - rooms smelled moldy and minimal upgrades were really made.Rooms: 1/5
The room was the average size for what we paid for. Clean rooms and common areas with a friendly and helpful staff made the stay awesome, and the location for our travel itinerary was perfect.Rooms: 4/5
