We offer Sound Bath therapy with Alchemy crystal singing bowls, Reiki energy healing treatment, and other energy healing work in NYC. Affordable sliding scale prices at our holistic studio and event space. Join us for meditation, mindfulness, learn relaxation, and wellness techniques. I just completed my first "sound bath" experience and I have to say I am feeling really, really good. It is very rare that I experience this level of inner peace, while at the same time being excited and hopeful about life. It just proves to me even more that what you choose to focus your mind on determines your emotions, and your emotions determine the quality of your life of how happy you feel at any given moment. Thank you Sydney and Michelangelo for a meaningful and enlivening experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I started to take sound baths here few months ago and I have to say that they had a huge positive impact in my life!!! I got to get close to the sound facilitator Sydney and she gave me the chance to work for her so now I’m helping her hosting the events at Innernest. What her and Michelangelo do is bring together a community in a beautiful peaceful way and I’m honored to be part of this big family! If you’re experiencing stress, traumas or if you just need to feel part of a community and be heard I highly highly recommend you to give it a try!

What can I say,  Sydney is a great professional Spiritual Sound Healer and her alchemical bowls are the most unique and beautiful that I have ever listened to. I highly recommend Sydney and her center if you really want to let go of all sorts of emotional toxins and open your heart towards a higher level of awareness.

Innernest is a sanctuary ran by people with deep understanding of love and sense of community.  They are warm welcoming and make you feel at home at all times.  I had the pleasure of attending their most recent sound bath healing meditation and it was fantastic!  I highly recommend it and look forward to many more experiences with this group.  Five stars!
