After the passing of my mother, I fell into old/bad habits and subsequently felt horrible. I needed a plan to get back on track with diet and exercise. Michele and the rest of the staff at Inshape Medical helped me find a plan that was perfect for my needs. I was able to reach my goals in record time! I loved the education, encouragement and constant support that I received throughout my journey. The staff was always professional, kind and courteous…and they me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be using them in the future for other services!!
Very dissatisfied , after paying $1200 for the HCG diet of which I hardly lost any weight in 4 weeks I had a critical kidney functioning episode. My doctor advised me Not to continue taking the HCG injections. I asked for only a partial refund and was told no. When I asked to speak to the Doctor that’s supposedly in charge I was rudely denied. I also asked about the Compounding pharmacy they use for mixing this HCG which I’ve been told is NOT FDA approved I was given no response. I would definitely NOT go here. There are many medically sound and safe other places
The main intention of this review is not to offend anyone, I just want the staff to treat customers with care and respect. Today I had an appointment to get some information about RF skin tightening. I paid $75.00 in consultation fee. It was very difficult to find the location, finally I found it. They made me fill out a lot more papers on my opinion nonsense question. Eye color, skin color, hair color etc. Just for 2 minutes consultation. The person who gave me the information was very rude, so much in a hurry, not friendly or patient at all. I went to ask for information about that specific treatment, and she started talking about something else. Micro needling and non-surgical facelift Since I went to ask for specific information and she changed the whole thing, I requested some brochures to read at home, to make my decision. I waited for a few minutes, and no one gave me those brochures. I got home and started thinking about my 2 minutes consultation fees were not wort it, since I did not receive the information, I needed. I called to get a refund of my money. That women Michelle, I am assuming she is the business manager or maybe one of the owners. Extremely rude the way she talks to me, not even apologized at all, she just told me that the reason the other person offered those services was because she saw my skin, she did not find it necessary to talk about the service I requested. Note: This place was my second opinion, previously I went to another place where they told me those treatments were mostly for older skin, they complement my skin, and told me that I don’t need it. And there was Michelle telling me that I needed a facelift. Michelle, if you read this post, please be careful the way you talk to customers, someone with a low self esteem you can easily put them down. On my opinion; they are rude, unprofessional, and mean people. Good luck to them! because there is a plenty Aesthetics with a wonderful people on it.
Had an excellent experience with this team. Lost the weight as they described and took the responsibility to eat as per the rules to get the expected results. Everyone was kind and courteous during all of our visits and consults. Thank you for the help as it was greatly needed and is greatly appreciated!
The team at InShape Medical is the best! I came in overweight and feeling like I was out of options. I walked into the clinic and spoke with Cynthia. Mrs. Cynthia made sure to keep me informed throughout my journey. She gave me knowledgeable handouts about food choices, diet, and exercise and what I needed to do to be successful. She made sure I received information every time I came for my visits. I now see a clear path to my weight loss goal and feel adequately equipped to manage my weight when I am no longer in the program. I am so thankful to her, to Michell, and the InShape Medical team. I feel REGIA.

I have been receiving testosterone treatments for over a year. They have changed my life. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Their process is very thorough. Regular checkups and blood work ensure your treatment is safe and successful.
I had my consultation for weight loss in Feb 2022 and decided on the Metabolic Reset Program. After 2.5 months into the program I know I chose the right program for me and I am thrilled with my weight loss progress. I have struggled with weight loss since reaching menopause, even if I ate heathy and did not overeat. This regime kick started my metabolism, I’m consistently losing weight and No hunger pains or feelings of deprivation. I am following the diet recommendations and eating lean proteins and a balanced diet, as well as following any feedback I get from my counseling sessions. When you join this program you will have support, resources, menus, diet plans, check ins and nutritional counseling. This means you will learn the tools to a healthy diet and nutrition so that you can maintain your weight loss. Highly recommend. Denny and Cynthia have been terrific.
Decided to do the HCG program to lose the weight I gained after I quit smoking. The staff is amazing here and super positive & professional! I met with Denny once a week and he answered any questions I had and made sure I was on track for success. The entire staff, assistants & PA were great! After 40 days I couldn't believe how much I was able to lose and honestly how easy it was! It's now 6 weeks after the program and I'm still losing weight. It definitely resets your metabolism and you will make changes that will be easy to stick with afterwards. I've never felt better and would definitely recommend the program to anyone! Very happy!!
