I started seeing Dr. Sithole for couples counseling, then marriage counseling, then individual counseling. He not only helped me work through my issues, but also helped me understand why I have those issues in the first place. He helped me get down to the root cause, all while being empathetic and encouraging. 100% recommend him and his office of counselors.

I had been seeing different therapist off and on for several years and each time, I would discuss the same traumas and things that I was dealing with, over and over. I started going to Inside Fitness 360, and realized that I had not healed from my past. Not only did the therapist listen and respond, but he gave me the tools and support that I needed. I feel so free and so happy now!! I highly recommend this office. The atmosphere is vibrant, lively and welcoming and the staff is extremely nice. I'm now looking to start life coaching and health and wellness coaching with Inside Fitness 360 to help with my life and health goals.

If you need a grief counselor PLEASE go see Honour Sithole. DO NOT go through the process alone or think you don’t need anyone. After my session today I sat in my car crying happy tears that I finally found someone who gets it and that’s what we all need. Stop letting your friends and family members disappoint you over and over with their lack of understanding. This man will help you! I honestly feel a sense of peace knowing I’m not alone anymore. You don’t have to do it alone anymore either. The pain of losing someone is already too much to bare and you NEED someone to help you on this journey. God bless anyone reading this.
