Insight Counseling & Wellness is a mental health therapy practice using traditional and alternative methods to improve clients' health and well-being.
Our mission is to empower each person on their journey to an improved quality of life, whole-self wellness and happiness. We offer Mental Health Therapy, DBT Skills Training and Mindful Meditation Groups, and wellness sessions including Energy Sessions, Reiki and Sound Healing.
Insurances Accepted: Medicare, BlueCross/BlueShield, Blue Care Network, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health.
Therapy self-pay rate:
Individual: $100
Couples, Families, Children/Adolescents: $120
Wellness sessions self-pay rates:
1 hour - single service: $120
1 hour - combined services: $150
1.5 hours - single service: $120
Counseling/Therapy is in person at 11 Green St in Jamaica Plain, MA and 78 Rebecca Rd, Scituate, MA. We also provide home-based family/couples therapy for self-pay only.
Skype or FaceTime therapy is also offered for those who self-pay or have Medicare insurance.
