How do we change the effect old negative patterns/blockages have on our emotions, thoughts, actions and in our lives? How do we release their control, reclaim our power from them and redirect it to our highest and best good? How can we become more connected to and follow the guidance of our Higher Power? We can do all through BALANCING!
We ALL have emotional and energetic patters in our lives that hold us back, block our progression and cause unhappiness, dysfunction and poor health in our live.
These patterns or energetic/emotional blockages are created in several ways:
1. Through our own selves by our negative or positive experience.
2. Taught to us through society, parents, family and organizations.
3. They are passed down to us genetically from past generation to new generation.
INSIGHTS Energetic & Emotional Balancing helps us to get in touch with the body and its energies. Through the use of muscle testing we are able to connect to the body and identify, locate, release and change the past stress, emotions and patterns that are blocking our progression.
My therapists and I take people into process, where working with their physical body they connect to their Higher Power and are able to access their limiting beliefs, emotional and energetic blockages, old patterns and cycles that repeat in their lives and replace them new positive patterns. We work with the physical body and its energies; we use guided meditation to assist someone in connecting to their core and craniosacral techniques, chakra balancing, energetic movement, aroma therapy, Bach Flower Essences, Australian Bush Flowers and colored light are also incorporated into the balance. It is powerful and moving.
Energetic & Emotional balancing help us to better communicate with our bodies and our higher self, helping us to bringing “balance” into our lives on the mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical levels, creating true change in our lives.
