2 locations available for the general public (Vineland & Bridgeton)
Vineland location:
Monday-Friday: 5 am to 10 pm
Saturday: 7 am - 6 pm
Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm
Bridgeton location: 24 hour access
Elmer location: 24 hour access (employee only facility)
All 50+ group exercise classes including Zumba, Yoga, Tai Chi and Spin are offered at no additional cost to our members. Our group exercise schedule includes classes for every fitness level.
We also offer specialty services such as massage, personal training, small group training and nutritional consultation.
Also available: indoor & outdoor walking tracks, saunas, steam rooms, basketball court (1/2 court), and indoor turf in our Performance Improvement Training area.
