Attention attention! Look no further! I currently live in Columbus Georgia and I did contemplate on driving 45 minutes out of my way. Good thing I did, because that was the best Hydro colon therapy I have ever received! Mrs. Phillips was very educated, patient and offers you the best advice about weight loss and the types of foods you eat based on your blood type. Who would have known I would take steps towards losing weight and be educated by an expert who actually knows the ins and outs!   Professional , worth the drive and I will be back again

I love Mrs. Pauline. I have used her colon therapy at least 3 times and I will be back quarterly. Prior to visiting I use to struggle me bloat and lack of BM. I love her healing therapy. She was able to cleanse my colon from all that bad toxins I used to place in my body. I would recommend her services to anyone!!! She's the sweetest lady in the world. You cannot help but to love her.  In addition, the THRIVE she recommended WORKS like a charm. My gut feels good and no more bloat. In the past I only had bm once every 3-4 days. Now, it's everyday!!!!! I love the product. And it's vegan.

Pauline Phillips went above and beyond to educate me on the colon hydrotherapy procedure.  Her years in the health industry and passion for overall health was a huge asset in helping me get on my way to great health!  She even followed up with me several times with suggestions for better digestion!

I started the Eat Right 4 Blood Your Type program on Monday 8/24, not quite 2 weeks ago. I sought nutritional counseling because I have been yoyo dieting for many years. My goal has always been to lose weight and improve health, in that order. I will do well for a while then fall back into poor habits. The Eat Right program has been suggested to me by three different health professionals and a family member.  I never tried it until now. Eliminating foods that are harmful for my blood type has provided quick and remarkable relief from chronic swelling, joint pain, skin rashes, fatigue, dry eye, and brain fog.  I am so amazed!!! It's so easy to follow, helping me believe I can eat like this forever and maintain an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Oh and by the way I have lost 6 pounds in 11 days only by eliminating a small sampling of foods that may be good for you but not me. I am so thankful to Integrated Body Health for educating and supporting me in my journey back to health.
