Did not have the hair accessories I was looking for simple combs. Cashier was really hard selling the cc option to the lady ahead of me , and when I didn't want to give my name, she asked the person behind me for their phone number so she could get my points or whatever it is you get. I just wanted to pay for what I had so I could leave.
clean store and the employees are nice enough. i’m not a huge fan of being talked to unless i reach out to an employee for help. they were kind but didn’t make me feel pressured to buy products.
Adrienne, Keisha, Mallory and Karla are amazing stylists!!! They never disappoint!! Also, Jade with Benefit is phenomenal! She is my go-to when it comes to brow waxes and lash applications!

Went into the store for three different items: CosRX Propolis Cream, Elf Halo Filter, and Eyelure Lashes 113. None of the items were in stock, two employees looked at me trying to find things and did not offer to help, and I was never greeted. I will not be returning and will just order online from now on.
Great place to get your hair done.
Been going to Ulta for hair services for a while. Today I had an appointment but the stylist didn’t want to work. I get there and the stylist is walking around drinking coffee. She says I’m going to get you a cape, comes back without the cape, ask me what I wanted to get, I told her I get the same style and she is the only that does my hair, you would think she would be familiar with a regular customer. She takes so long to come back that the other stylist called for her over the intercom. Stylist comes back without the cape and or towel. She told me I didn’t need it because I wasn’t getting a color service. Wow who wants to get their clothes wet from a shampoo, not me!!! Long story short she didn’t want to work. Why style hair when ULTA are paying stylist hourly whether they are working or not. Going forward I’m changing how I do business with ULTA. Word of is going to kill their business. Totally unprofessional and Lazy!
Jade is the best brow lady in auburn AL. She is personable and skilled at her trade! I’m super picky with my brows and don’t go to just anyone so that means a lot to me!
